I managed to reconnect with a family member I severed ties with a few years back. Now he wants to support me while I'm in college. Also found out what a good burger is when I ate Five Guys with him.

Today I have finished the second chapter of a novella I'm working on. This and the chapter before it are the first time I've written anything in close to five years.

Feels really good.

I ordered four tons of planed timber railway sleepers and a shit load of 2x2 batons. My gardens gonna look awesome but I may die manhandling all the stuff.
 
Made bread dough, then a hallway map for my personal RPG project. Also managed to arrange the screen flash effects to take place at the right time.
 
Nearly Finished painting a Commissar which I'll post in the 40k thread a little later when his shoulder pad is done and I decide I'm happy with his Las-pistol.

What do you even mean by this?

I assume you're some SJW and you just broke down and started crying and never got to work because you got triggered by something.

But maybe your car failed to operate in some way because being an SJW, you didn't even put oil in it and it caught on fire or something.

Yeah but no my van broke down. Which is honestly the only context to words broke and down should ever be used.

Still dunno what's wrong with it, it's the mechanics problem now.

We're in the process of docking in Miami as my most recent cruise is coming to an end. :c

I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise, despite the fact that half the passengers were French-Canadian and thus causing a communication barrier.
(I.E. We were boarding the ship by group number, but a bunch of those people decided to prematurely queue for the gangway. It got so bad that an employee at the port yelled at them to sit as they had obstructed the escalator landing.)

Got my new Pennsylvania driver's license (transferred over from my Ohio one). Still need to get a mandatory safety inspection (read: a fucking $30 shakedown) but I'll schedule it for next Saturday.

Still need to put the new license plate on though.

Today I worked a 8 hour shift at work and when I got home made fun of a boring movie with my mom.

Finished the first draft of the novella I've been working on. It's utterly ugly and is basically a Frankenstein of a narrative, but it feels so good to have written something for the first time in at least five years.
