They should of at least investigated it. I also informed them when I was arrested that the site in question doesn't require a login and the site in question is an antisemitic website and I don't post on sites like that
this was after the charges were dropped and more threats were sent out by me, which was impossible because I was in jail without access to the internet. Like I told the judge when they arrested me, I was being set up.
Not quite, the issues I had with them was they claimed the site the threat was posted on was my site, and I was the OWNER of that site. I have nothing to do with that site, the only interaction I had with that site was a year earlier I had sent a DMCA noticed because someone had posted one of my stories on that site claim I had stolen it from a person on that site. The other issue was I informed that their was no login was required for that site and they refused to verify wither that was the truth or not, instead they believed it was me. In fact after the charges were drop the chief of police stated to the press "once the FBI gets done going through those computers (my computers) it will come clear who posted that threat"His local police were negligent with respect to the facts and circumstances, though if I remember the event correctly - and correct me if I'm wrong, Todd - he was confrontational with them when they showed up and refused to cooperate.
