People are moving away from the country and moving to the big cities and there are a number of house for sale cheap.What he is referring to in regards to cost at a restaurant he referring to when I went go learn how to fly a plane some hour and half away from home in a area I knew little about, including what the some of cost of restaurant in that town, since most restaurants (not fast food joints) have different prices.

My technician stated that this was good repeater, just the software is the wrong type. We also learned that another club is using the same repeater and were going to ask them what software they are using and or if we could have a copy of it.

But yet, to this day, Toad still doesn't know the prices at the restaurants. The price of nearly any restaurant would be very minor compared to the cost of an hour flying lesson. Thus, you have no idea, because you probably have never actually paid to eat at a restaurant, your parents probably pay every single time. Actually again YOU are wrong. my technician who is a ham and a commercial operator called around and found out there was one other repeater in this area that uses that brand. A repeater is a repeater there is nothing to it. A repeater is a transmitter, a receiver and COR board in the middle and that's it, there nothing special about it. You make it sound like it something "special" but it's not. It so easy people can build them in their sleep, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to build one. The repeater I have is two radio's tied to together with a COR board in the middle, There is also a "pi-star" board in there as well to connect it to the internet. Like I said we opened it up completely and looked.
Nope, I actually did live on my own for quite a while. I rented a small house on the east side of town, which was nice it was in walking distance of work. It was a cute a little house.
NO I said with the flying , the cost of gas to get there and back and the cost of the food made the money was drained quickly, which caused me to stop flying. Again they are not my guardians, you keep making these claims so where is your proof? Wait you have none because they are not my guardians.

Flying cost around $100 - $150/ hour. 20 - 25 dollars for food at a restaurant, 50 - 60 dollars for gas (this was when gas was pretty high) there was also supplies for the ground school classes which I was also taking, there was 50 to 60 dollars for my medical examine. ... and there might of been some more I left out but it adds up. I also stopped flying because of the over all cost. after you get a license you have to keep your hours up, to do that you either have to buy a plane (planes start around $12K and go up) or you have to rent on which is around $150 /hour. you also have to if you do have a plane have it certified every year which cost about 1K and may go up if the plane needs a part. You also have to store the plane which cost 50 to 100 dollars a month. You also have to be recertified for medical as well. So another factor of me stop flying wasn't just money, it was overall cost. that I went into PPG's it cheaper.
My parent's didn't stop me from buying a trike....they stopped me from buy one from over seas. this was during the COVID pandemic and my parents were paranoid. They have no problem of me buying one here in the US. Also a trike is not really required to fly a PPG, that really an optional thing, you don't need one to fly. As for the cable company being in court; they weren't there and that never happened, you made that shit up. the only people that was in court was the Judge, my family, my lawyer and that's it. There is not even a document to back your claim, that is a fucking lie. BTW there was no plea bargain, that too is a lie.
There are no houses in Taylorville under 50K if there was, they are probably death traps or slum houses. most houses around start 60K on up. The house I live in we bought in 1983 for 80K now it's worth more. Secondly the reason I want to buy a house in Japan was to be able to go somewhere and stay for a certain amount of time, without having to spend money on a hotel all the time.
again wrong....we believed it was damaged in the mail but after doing continuous work on it, we believe it's the software. as for the "cables" - the cables were to go between the repeater and the duplexers, you don't need duplexers to run a repeater. If you have two antenna far enough apart you don't need duplexers. we still need a cable, but for right now we are more concerned about the repeater itself, so two antennas at a distance will work fine. As for the code plug, no where did I say I needed a code plug, I was working on a code plug for people to use for the repeater, once it go going, but it's not nor has it ever been the issue. I don't post on Hate and Flame and I have connections with that site, One of the users on that site had me thrown in jail, so if you are reading it on there, you are getting from an anonymous third party.
As for the DMR mode working we thought it was, but turned out that it was receiving but not transmitting. because only ONE of the radio's (the receiver) was being programmed, the transmitter wasn't. I was kind of cheating the system, by setting up another radio to work around the issue.

Amateur Radio license is easy, it's a multi-choice test and you can get a book to read that tells you all the answers. there is also a number of places online too that have all the answers.
5 year old's can and have passed the amateur test, it's that easy. but it's a written exam if you want to talk on HF you have to know 5WPM Morse code. HF is where you will find most of "ham spergs" mostly on 75/80 meters and 40 meter bands. there is also a frequency on 20 meters that has "spergs" That why I'm on VHF /UHF to stay away from those idiots.
If you have a felony conviction you can't be a ham either

I also want to point out, that his view of not running a forum right is basically make it so anyone can post what ever they want.
