The pedo can't file a federal motion without firing his public defender first. The court does not recognize anything he does on his own until he dismisses his public defender.

Like I said, he's all mouth but his public defender will calm him down again at the next hearing, just like she always does. He's too much of a coward in real life.

There was no error, the first judge put on those requirements for your bail and the 2nd judge a year later confirmed the restrictions when you tried to get them lifted. Of course you are completely ignoring the terms of it, just like you did in 2012. I hope no one turns you in and gets your bail revoked or say, doubled.....

Although Illinois has a no-bail law, it does not cover sex offenses.

Do you feel bad about your parents being out of $12,500 (10% of $125,000) because of your behavior??? Nah, you don't.

And poor Toad, can't leave the house without his legal guardians, although that won't change even if he is acquitted.
 
Todd, save the taxpayers' money, and peoples' time. Rent an industrial sized woodchipper, and jump feet first into it.

His parents must have given PedoToad a shot of thorazine last night because he's been just nothing but watching this thread every 10 minutes... He had a bad flareup on Saturday.

But we can always hope he gets the "Daniel Larson" treatment on Tuesday (aka arrested by the feds at the courthouse which is always safer than making a house arrest)..... I know, wishful dreaming...

Did the governor sign that virtual child porn law in Illinois yet??? You know Toad is sweating that one out also
 
I don't think so, say a 15 year old robs a gas station, the parents don't get arrested. The only thing is, his internet is through his father's name and he's downloading child porn but Todd made it clear when asked by the police that only he has access to the computers. ANOTHER DELAY!!!!!! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA, going on close to 2 years of delays now. Why doesn't Toad fire his public defender and just tell the judge what he tells us in just 3 sentences here and I'm sure the judge will believe him and dismiss the case????

Toad said he was going to file a federal appeal if another delay happened again, but we all know his lawyer today calmed him down but he will get real nervous once again days before his next hearing

Edit: You can tell by the delays the only time the public defender is looking at his case is 4 minutes before the court hearings.

A correction:

I will file a complaint in federal court if nothing happens on Tuesday for the following reasons:

1. The warrant was a general warrant and seized everything on the computers.

2. the state was withholding material that was supposed to be in discovery and I have yet to see it.

3. my lawyer refuses to communicate with me, and when I do contact her, she says she will get back with me and never does. If I have a question, I want to talk to her I have to set up an appointment and they will not let see her until ONE DAY before the trial.

I will be very interested to see if we can get the motion to suppress. What Todd laid out isn't really a good strategy but I'd assume these guys are coming up with something that's taking this long.
