You said a lot. Like I said though, since Todd lies so much and holds back so much shit, I really don't know for sure what is going on so I can only speculate.

The only reason I think they found the child porn out in the open is because if they did specifically look for child porn with that state warrant, it is a invalid search. But I don't think the DA's (two actually, a democrat who charged him and a republican who is currently pursuing) would be stupid enough to bring charges against him in that scenario. Maybe they have search history, bookmarks, or other stuff Todd hasn't revealed, who knows...

I think his parents feel they need to be over-protective about Todd and feel responsible for both his genetics (hemophilia and other shit) and his mental disabilities. It's still amazing to me how his brother is the complete opposite in every possible way.

The case is obviously complicated or Todd would have been either convicted by now or would have been acquitted by now. I think his public defender is lazy as fuck and hates Todd and the current DA has been in trouble with the Illinois bar over unethical stuff. They did bring in an out of county judge for the case in Judge Hantla.

He no basis for a lawsuit, the stuff from 2018 is well beyond the statute of limitations for civil suits. I kept telling him they were going to expire and he didn't want to listen. He never asked for his computers back until at least late 2021, I kept bugging him about it. Not that he was ever going to get 60 million or 6 million or any money, but still, Todd knows everything and he'll do the opposite of what I recommend, which believe it or not is for his benefit.

In the end. Todd is a lazy, fat piece of shit, a pedophile, and an inbecile, and if life was fair, he would be dead or completely off the internet. And again, I don't give a shit about his rights. Sorry, I'm biased when it comes to him. Do I egg him on and try to piss him off on purpose?? Sure I do, guilty as charged, I don't deny it.
 
If they were looking for photos of him holding a gun or any similar photo that would be one way they would have come across it when they were going through every photo. Proof of him writing threats wold have them go through pdfs, excel, txt, and other similar file types

Just when you think the wheels of justice can turn no slower, they shift into 4-Lo and go rock climbin'. See the Chris Chan Case or the SoCal Furry Murders, which drug on foreeeever before trial. Or non-trial in the case of CWC.

Why this motion is taking forever is more of a puzzle to me. It feels like something their Innocence Project-tier pedowranglers can bang out in an afternoon. Maybe it's just 'how court works' but if I were on the other side I'd have said 'look, you said it was almost finished last time, why another six weeks?'

With the exception of Todd Daugherty, who needs to die... like tomorrow via any means... I don't call other posters in here pedophiles or nasty names.

Uncle Buck doesn't like Toad either, it's just he is debating on the constitutional side of the case going on against Mr Daugherty. He's a pure constitutionalist while I want Todd to get fucked over any way possible, fair or unfair. If those 2 teens in Canada did post that threat to the school using Todd's name, they are heroes in the my book. If I was dying of cancer, I would go out of my way to kill Todd Daugherty and just let the prison system take care of me but only after all my affairs were taken care of (my daughter and her daughter would have the funds)

Toad will never not be a pedophile. He has proven it time and time again. Nothing a court says will ever change that. The name Todd Daugherty will always be a click or two on a search engine away from being outed as a pedophile because he is so monumentally stupid that he's proud of it. Studies have shown that convicted pedophiles have lower than average IQ, one going so far as to find a correlation between a lower IQ and a lower age of victim. A meta study also found a correlation to short men and pedophilia, which tracks because Toad is both short and fat to Guntian degrees.

The justice system will do it's best to be late, gay, and leave all parties dissatisfied in my observation and experience. I personally have little faith in it, but Toad will never be able to wash off his scarlet letter. He is lucky in the fact that he is so retarded he has to be a burden to others. He just has to exist in the world he created in his mind where he isn't a worthless pedophile waiting to die. He doesn't have to worry about a job, or friends or family who love him. Well, he doesn't for now.

Who is to say what will happen when his parents die and hsi fellow tards and staff at whatever tard home he goes to find out he is a pedophile? Toad is on a ticking clock. Short timers in the military and prison often pick up the same mantra: you can't stop time. Well, neither can Toad.
