I remember Dose of Buckley having something similar with his Worst Songs lists, except his thing is that he doesn’t do just “hit songs list” (or a best songs list, just a video where he talks about the final Billboard Top 10), and restriction is just to artists who have a contract to a major label to keep out novelty songs and songs that go viral (usually for being awful).
