So, basically what Skidmark is saying is that if he doesn't like it or it offends him, then it shouldn't be allowed under free speech. But of course, if he says it and someone else doesn't like it, Tony should still be able to say it under free speech. Because that's how all these regressive SJWs operate.

Arguably it is though. You find information. You share that information via speech (posting online in this case falls under "speech"). In this case the information just so happens to be someone's personal info.
The problem is that like so many lefties, Tony can't or refuses to distinguish the important difference between something that could have serious physical consequences, like getting someone fired or having a nutjob mail a bomb to their house, and someone getting their feelings hurt from insults, criticism, or a crude joke.
Yes, there is some level of public curation of speech (even here there are some rules, like spoilering NSFW and not posting anything illegal), but people like Tony want the absolute maximum amount of restrictions... right up until it effects them or someone they like. They want double standards and places with double standards are where they thrive. It's the speech version of going up and smacking someone, getting punched, and crying that the person who punched you needs to have their arms tied up so you can go back to smacking them with impunity.

Maybe this is just my naive optimism speaking but I don't think Tony is as far gone as someone like say Moviebob, and he could actually improve himself if he puts the effort into it. I get the feeling Tony's going to have his moment of clarity one day and realize how stupid all his "culture war" shit was.

It took quite a bit more effort to get a phone book from a particular area you don't live in though. Once the internet gave people the ability to beam information directly into the houses of idiots across the world, the likelihood of that information being abused and misused increased exponentially. But you could argue the same about every technological advancement. Unless you unironically worship Ted Kaczynski you probably don't think the solution to the problem is to suppress every new bit of technology, and if you do worship Ted Kaczynski you're probably a huge hypocrite who relies on the technology you rail against every day.
