To be fair on Ragnarok, it does look like it might be a fun popcorn movie but you are right. I don't know why there are so many cows that worship Marvel movies as like some great film achievement. Tony really needs to knock it off with these sweeping generalizations, like "everyone lives unhappy, meaningless lives". Just because he's a miserable cunt with nothing worth while going on in life and is unhappy who the president is doesn't mean the rest of humanity feels the same way. Shit, plenty of us felt the same way about the last PotUS as he does about Trump, but we didn't bitch about it day in, day out, and lament that we weren't living in Fantasyland with superpowers and giant battle mechs and shit. We focused on the good things in our lives and made the best of it. Having a set routine (y'know, like having a fucking job) really improves one's mental and emotional state. I'm sure being a fat, jobless loser with no wife, few friends, no job, and spending your entire day wrapped up in internet and political bullshit can't be good for someone's mental/emotional state or sense of contentment and value in life.

Even some of the smallest things can make people feel good. I have a job, and I go to Friday Night Magic at a local game store. Threw a 12/15 unblockable creature at someone. It was a good day. Today, I woke up, had some of last night's dinner as a breakfast, went to work and felt satisfied at the end of the shift.

I know you just said "don't make sweeping generalizations", but we all have things we enjoy, take pleasure from, or just feel fulfilled by. Which is good. it's healthy.
