He's only there maybe 2 days a week if even, possibly a month, helping customers. In his posts he says he mostly works in the stockroom or on the fucking trucks unloading, like a man.
I would also run away. I encountered some trannies at my Ulta a few times months ago who were service staff, they looked almost as autistic but more muted. Granted, it was 2 individuals and I havent seen them since those maybe handful of encounters- I go often, and clearly they were fired or replaced by normal women again. Im sure the only thing saving this guy's "job" is that he likely either doesnt approach women OR women fucking run from him in store.
When I look at his face, I can feel that he'd veer away from me. Something in his smile reads as someone who'd drop whatever was in their hands if you engaged them because they're so flustered/autistic, yknow?

I occasionally encounter Troons at Ulta but never in a capacity where they're an employee. I've never worked at an Ulta so I dunno if they call all of their employees "beauty advisors" or if it's a title you earn by doing customers' makeup/consults. Not sure how it works over there but every other place I've worked at usually labels their back of house stockers as such. It's not really important just a weird detail I can't help but wonder about.
That being said, the girls I see at Ulta usually do their makeup less over the top-- the most adventurous I see them get is stacking false lashes to make their eyes pop but I've never seen anyone wear something so GAUDY before.
Just imagine, you're looking at the Urban Decay eyeshadow palettes and Slagathor lumbers up "hey gurl tell me if you need anything hehe" in that fake breathy voice Troons think women actually use

On the other hand, a few people I know have hobbies that make them miserable. Huge money sinks, never end up getting the hang of it, everything ends up looking a little off despite investment, spending inordinate time on Reddit reading about how to do the hobby.
