This a very simple case. The teacher is speaking on behalf of the government. Troon status does not give the teacher the right to substitute their own speech for the government's speech.

American conservatives seem to think they have won the cultural battle over trans rights in the wake of United States v. Skrmetti, which upheld state laws banning gender-affirming care for minors. As a trans journalist who covers trans issues for a living, it looks to me as though many conservatives now see very few obstacles on their path toward the utter destruction of public trans life, enforced through government action.
At the core of their agenda is denying the identities of trans people; that is why a number of Republican-dominated states have taken steps to restrict changing genders on legal documents and the Trump administration hurried to stop trans people from changing the gender marker on U.S. passports.
The next step is stopping trans teachers from gendering themselves correctly through Florida-style “Don’t Say Gay” laws. Further restrictions on trans people seem highly likely to follow. They are trying to use the government to force a cultural conversion on trans rights on the American public, the Constitution be damned. And if they succeed, if they can deny our right to call ourselves things we feel deeply within our souls as trans people, then they can come for your speech next in any way they see fit.
This is why Americans who are not of the progressive left — or particularly concerned about trans rights — need to understand that this kind of government reach can and will come for you next. In order to preserve your own free speech, you ought to be defending the rights of trans people to call themselves who they are. "

Working on pulling it to local storage now. Video's hosted to vimeo, so my usual tools aren't working, but I found a tutorial for how to rip vimeo uploads through VLC. It's nearly 8 hours, so please wait warmly while this downloads, and hope the Ooperator-in-Chief doesn't spank me for dumping probably a couple gigabytes of government officials yapping on the website (if I even can upload directly to KF - if not, I'll find a way).
BTW, here's the direct link to the Vimeo upload. Vimeo seems to have blocked ghostarchive and archive.is/ph/today.
ED: Final file is 6gb, can't upload locally. Uploaded to Google Drive on a throwaway account. Proton only gives 2gb of free storage, and I know Mega regularly nukes accounts that have been inactive for too long and also has a history of nuking accounts and uploads for bullshit "copyright violation" claims. I'd dump it on YouTube and then mirror to PreserveTube if not for this error the site just threw. BitChute, as with all "alt-tech", is committed to being thoroughly fucking useless and consequently pisses 'n' moans about the filesize being too large as well.

Worked on it as well. Vimeo's an asshole. Fortunately I'm a more stubborn asshole.
The file size is huge because this is nearly an 8 hour video. So I parced it down to 460pp for archiving purposes and split it into multiple parts, then converted it from mov to mp4 for file size considerations. Sure, it looks like it was filmed on a potato, but it's here so those troons who know of the farms can dilate and seethe.
