thanks for all you do, Jersh. You are a scholar and a saint for even bothering to deal with all of the hassle. A true beacon of free speech. I hope you're able to take some kind of summer vacation, I can't imagine the stress of running a site like this.

Daily reminder that saying "in minecraft" after fedposting is not a valid legal defense
What if I build a copy of the thing I'm fedposting about in an actual Minecraft world? Can I be like "no officer, as you can see I'm clearly referring to the copy of the World Economic Forum headquarters I have been building in the game"?

I am very curious about the legal ins and outs of the "In Minecraft" defense. I'd love if one of those Youtube guys that does like interrogation footage analysis would do a breakdown on it. Like it seems shaky but like, anyone can replicate anything in Minecraft and the government can't make it illegal for someone to say "I'm gonna blow up my Minecraft white house with a bunch of TNT" because that's a thing someone could do without hurting anyone.
