My doggo hasn't been around a Troon to go off on, but he absolutely went bonkers on my buddy's girlfriend. I didn't like her either, couldn't put my finger on why. But the doggo really wanted her gone.

It's not an issue. I can't say I've ever tried running around naked as an adult but simple underwear are certainly enough to hold things in place.

I also think a lot of stuff like that is down to how the animal is socialized. Most of them are that way because they were never introduced to or interacted with men because their owners/trainers are female. People really underestimate how much stuff like that has an impact.

There are absolutely dogs who've been abused (by men since they generally monopolize physical abuse of animals that traumatized, outside rare exceptions) there's women who have been abused and dogs pick this up, are defensive, and combinations of the 2.
