No it didn't. Transgender is coined as a term by a psychiatrist (John Oliven) in the 1960s, and by the 1990s replaces the once more common term transsexual because of the perceived negative connotations of the old word.

2nd wave feminism thought homosexuality and feminine gender expression in men was a way of trying to remove the need for women from society. This was in keeping with the then prominent trend of political lesbianism, which saw sexuality through a political/ideological lens. That was one of the big critiques third wave feminism brought in. But even now, far from only the people labelled as TERFs have questions as to how gender essentialist conceptions in trans rights fit into a feminist viewpoint of the world. Some are incompatible.

The term queer used to be a slur, and it's only post 2000s that you see the idea of a general queer identity take hold. but You don't even know the history of these movements.
