Well all these know all TikTok detectives were all wrong. A body has been recovered from the river today, just yards from where she was last seen.

I suspect now we will get more TikTok'ers saying someone planted the body there today, as it was too shallow to drown in......
I believe she was wearing quite a heavy, puffy coat when she vanished. That would get very heavy once waterlogged.

Aren’t these things sometimes a freak accident? Someone could have a heart attack or stroke, pass out in a puddle and drown. It’s like the Lamb case— only that was mental illness and not a physical condition.

If you haven't seen her videos, they're probably worse than you can imagine.
>Woman claims she doesn't personally know the Professor, is going off of "knowledge" after she saw her photo and did some kind of reading
>Crafts this insane multi-part, fanfic tier narrative about how the Professor and one of the female victims were both closeted lesbians
>Student eventually wanted nothing to do with it, so the Professor then ropes in another student named Jack to commit the murders as some kind of cover up
>Professor sends cease and desists, woman claims the Professor's just threatening her but won't actually sue
>Professor sues, woman proclaims it's fine because she has physical evidence that will lead to the Professor's arrest
>Finally proceeds to DFE off her TikTok
she is now countersuing the professor
and other social media stars
one of her "countersuit claims is that the professor is responsible for being 51% suspicious and 51% chance of being guilty of the quadruple murders" or something
basically she is doubling, nay, tripling? Quadrupling down that she is the victim and that the professor is guilty
also social media stars and news outlets for "defaming her"

I never thought I'd feel sorry for a university lecturer... when the mentally disturbed fixate on you, they'll stop at nothing to fuck all your shit up, even if they have to gnaw off their own limb in the process.

There are parts of “missing white girl syndrome” that are true—women of color tend to go underreported in the media when missing. Blaming white victims for this and not the media is incredibly shitty though.
I hate to be this blunt, but stop using the passive voice. As sick as it is, I've noticed a lot of people saying this without ever mentioning which groups are missing from the conversation.

people don't give half a shit when a hundred native American women go missing or get found dead on the side of the road, but let ONE bougie white chick get merced by her boyfriend...

That's the main problem with "Missing White Girl Syndrome". It's inherently hypocritical - bitch about missing white girls getting all the attention while drawing more attention to them and ignoring other missing persons. You'll never see these people talk about real missing persons. They'll just talk about hypothetical missing black/hispanic/asian/etc. girls.

Have you ever seen the movie Wind River? It's a rather eye-opening commentary on that. Part of the issue is that native American reservations are essentially their own little nations with their own legal systems and law enforcement. They don't fall under state/federal jurisdiction. You've probably noticed (if you're American) that, excepting Las Vegas, you don't see casinos outside for reservations. That's because the reservations make their own laws. Casinos aren't legal in the States outside of Las Vegas.

edit: I was wrong - apparently there are a few other exceptions, but those are exceptions, not the rule.

funny thing about that, locally the reservation women talk about how it's cops, white cops, that kill them. the idea is that they know that there's a boondoggle of jurisdiction and paperwork preventing any kind of investigation, and take advantage of it.

I don't doubt it's true in some cases. there's a solid handful of local cases of missing and murdered women from the rez, I don't see the true crime hags talking about them though.

I'm kind of surprised I've never seen a virtue-signaling clickbait listicle titled "10 Missing Girls Who Aren't White". Doing that would require time and effort. Shitting on someone who's in the public eye doesn't.

I find the woke crowd's relationship with (or, rather, lack thereof) Native Americans interesting. Native Americans are almost never mentioned when they demand more representation. Reservations exist all over the country and casinos are major tourist traps.

But in all seriousness, Wind River is a great movie and I highly recommend it.

Not true. Is Atlantic City all on a rez? There's also chains like Harrah's and Argosy.

Another factor no one ever wants to talk about is the photogenicity of the victims. Everyone wants to pretend like people are equal, but when you look into it newspapers tend to post about less-attractive or older women differently than attractive younger ones.
If you look at the FBI list of missing persons, you can see some stark differences: https://www.fbi.gov/wanted/kidnap

Nigger thinks she smells a payday. Can't wait to watch the (((chosen))) fight back.

Bumping this thread because the true crime community is salivating over whether or not this woman is Madeline McCann, who appeared on Dr Phil.

It's a True Crime story about rape and murder but the killer claims to have borderline personality disorder and I hate myself so I checked the comments. Extra points for the poster who claims that BPD makes you more empathetic, and the 'survivor of DID'. I kinda hate myself for sharing an interest with these insane women.

Next thing you'll tell me is the vast majority of people who commit heinous crimes are mentally unwell.
