A few observations:

Holy fuck, I knew Tyce was stupid but did he just really piss off his last friend, and the only guy that could help him stay out of prison?

They constantly piss each other off. It's never more than a squabble, though. Be interesting to see how it develops if they're living together 24/7, though.

Long story short, jace is trying to set himself and tyce up as......FlyAwayNow's roomates/lodgers.

FAN naturally reacted with utter horror, despite the wacky sitcom potential, and told him it would never happened, causing jace to respond thusly.

Matt, we both know I have money and a steady cash flow. Please look at the facts here. I get $900 a month from welfare and Tyce could easily apply for welfare as well and get it after he moved out of his dad's. But we wouldn't even need to, because Tyce's dad ALREADY said he would be contributing $400 a month to Tyce's rent/utilities just for the privilege of not having to deal with Tyce anymore. This puts us in a bracket of 1300 dollars a month including utilities even BEFORE me or Tyce get jobs. And yes I do plan to get a formal job: I will be selling Rap CD's with Tyce, as well as Deagle Nation Merch, to fund my rent.

I have no idea where you get those misconceptions of me "dealing drugs" or "being in posession" but even if that were true, in a hypothetical secenario I would promise to NEVER do anything illegal on your property. My extracirricular activties are my own. Really though: IF, hypothetically, I was dealing drugs, which I am not, that would mean I would know how to do that without getting caught. Because I would have been doing it hypothetically for years now. But I'm not. You follow me?

I understand your withholdings and I understand you are an emotionally driven individual. But you need to put the past behind you here and look out for your business. I politely urge you to reconsider.

Upon continued refusal, Jace flipped out (again) at the nerve of one of his most hated enemies to not let him move in with him/live in one of his families properties
 
Shit, $900 is not enough to live on even out in the wilds of Mass. unless you're in subsidized housing. Which nobody tell Jace about, because it wouldn't be fair to elderly/disabled/single parents to have to be neighbors with his crazy fucking ass.

As for the whole idea of sharing an apartment with Tyce, is Jace just that desperate for company? He'd be paying way more than his share of the bills unless Tyce got a job (the idea that Tyce would be eligible for SSI sounds dubious to me).
 
That line about getting formal jobs only to immediately say that he isn't getting a real job cracks me up. Damn I need to be a bigger asshole so my Dad gives me $400 a month to leave him alone. Come on FAN let them move in. You could intellectually spar with Jace everyday and slowly lose your sanity as his all night retching keeps you up and the Tycenado tears through your home. But seriously I'm just sorry that you tried to help Jace only for him to resent you for it.

I will personally and without charge wire that apartment with cameras if FAN rents them one. Though it would only last a month or so, (when the Dimwitted Duo inevitably trash the place) we could have our very own Truman Show.

Ah yes, in case of a gun ever fails in my attempts to kill myself, I could make it slow and painful.

Anyway,
The properties my family owns is in two places, out of the reach of him... Well, I say that lightly seeing as Eli is still trying to be an Islamic Shock.

One is in Montana.

The other, the Philippines.

Both are owned by uncles of mine whom sparingly spare details of their experiences with my direct family. So maybe I'm not a 100% qualified to be talking what being a Landlord is like, but I think my points are valid, especially since five prior LLs turned him down.
