As far as I know, just some random retard.

Unless the information is inaccurate, it's not him. The guy in the pic a few posts down from that (link) does look like what I would imagine he would look like now a little bit, but the other info and info that is missing doesn't match up and guessing what someone would look like 12 years later or whatever it's been based on my memory is not an accurate indicator lol

Also, I never saw Bluespike or BILLY MAYS interact and as far as I know, both got out of the lolcow trolling game a long time ago. So them texting seems pretty unlikely which leads me to believe he's just full of shit on everything

Not that is changes anything, but...

I don't know far enough back in this dude's history to know if he ever personally claimed to be Billy Mays (though he hasn't ever denied it that I'm aware of). But just about everyone goes along with it. I never really thought to question it. From randos in discord servers, to various YouTube commentators, N-Word Boi, I've even seen it here, whenever someone asks who Spooky is it's always some former minor CWC troll, Billy Mays.

I mean, he's 100% full of shit. Everything out of his mouth is a lie or troll. But I wonder if he ever actually claimed to be Billy Mays, or if people saw the moniker Super Spooky Ghost of Billy Mays and just assumed it to be true.

Spooky was known to be buddy trolling Raxx before the leaks. He was on panel with MBM defending Raxx at least once (I think another time Raxx was begging Marty to let Gengara on but he never did). The extent of it wasn't known until the leaks. And judging by the reactions of the MBM server, almost no one knew who he was at the time. I also don't think many there knew Spooky/Garrett/Gengar(a) was the same person.

Idk if the stream is still up on a MBM YouTube/Rumble channel. I'll see if I can find it.

At this point it really feels like he's just trying to capitalize and remain relevant by keeping discussion around him alive. He hasn't accomplished anything notable and never will.
