Asriel will be in the final chapter only most likely. Everyone mentions how he's returning to town at the end of the week, and thus far each chapter is 1 day.

TL;DR
Lack of Japanese translation and a few bugs aside, chapter 4 is complete and the majority of the team is now working on chapter 5, they still need to fix a few problems they are having with the new GameMaker function as well as finish the console ports before having a full release, the newsletter also has some concept art from chapter 2 as well as unused music for those interested in it, as for whoever likes to make theories there's a letter from some mysterious character at the end (by the context of the letter, it seems to be from either Asriel or Chara, probably the former), here if someone wants to read it https://toby.fangamer.com/interviews/letter/

Probably one of his assistants is a deranged tranny and is furious that Suzie is not pooning out.

I honestly think I'll wait till the whole project is finished/gets dropped. Playing each chapter with so much time between each makes it hard to properly enjoy.

Probably, I'll still keep peeking into this thread to see how things go. It's one thing that I'm willing to wait, another that the whole thing goes off the rails in spectacular fashion in Chapter 4 and suddenly the whole thing becomes a huge past in hindsight.
