Undertale

Also, am I the only one who thought Ramb was definitely female before finding out he was a guy? Maybe it’s the pompous hair and the way he calls people “love” like he’s being elegant, but I haven’t seen anyone else get confused about this so maybe I’m just retarded.
I initially thought that he was female and a parody of that one bitch from Valhalla. Might still be the latter, actually.
Interesting note:
Calling someone "Love" all the time is actually a unisex thing in the UK. It just happens to have very different connotations between the sexes.
The intention is similar but it's considered perverse and demeaning for men to call random women "Love". It used to be more acceptable though.
I think him being male might be an intentional twist.
I think most people envy Scott at least a little bit. FNAF 1 is the most barebones shit imaginable and it made him insanely rich.
True ...but his fanbase despises him and the canon (and quality) of the games is irrevocably fucked.

I suspect toby fox is secretly based.
His trans character in undertale (mettaton) is arguably far more morally bankrupt than a souless children (flowey) and in deltarune he made the non-binary protagonist a problem children with episodes of violence and parental issues.
The worst thing Mettaton ever tries to do is murder Frisk, which is also done by a dozen other characters, he isn't an outlier.

You can feel the pendulum shift inbetween chapter 1,2 and 3,4 because of the most popular memes of each respective chapter being wholesome weed chungus reddit humor for 1 and 2 and now Noelle getting raped and Asgore hanging Sans and running over Dess.
I wonder how Toby feels about having metastasized a chud circle in his fanbase entirely by accident.
This is the guy who had dr. andonuts do a full copypasta in his earthbound hack

Can't wait for the final boss of DELTARUNE to go
"tl;dr: eat shit, niggers"
It'd likely have to be censored to a hard R LIGHTNERS

I could see it though.

EDIT CAUSE I MISSED IT SOMEHOW

If its not true, if you were to weaponize these, you'd see him trying to damage control and it would be absolutely hilarious.
Mattaton isn't trans. Mettaton is Mettaton. Did you fucking fail the quiz show nigger? tased a bit too much? Him being a ghost robot is just an additional feature to his power.

I'm slowly coming around to the idea that Undertale was some sort of Mega Darkworld that the humans created to banish the monsters into.
Human souls are the only things that seem capable of sealing Dark Fountains after all, and if they were banished into a cave system, it's not really like there would've been any darkners there (Darkners seem to be created from prior meaningful interactions with Lightners)

Seriously Toby, what the fuck is the connection?

Undertale literally spells out it takes place inside a big hollowed out cave inside a mountain like cave story does. it's just not on a floating island like cave story and the kid is human and not a robot. Also no functional gun to shoot the creatures with. sad!

So far it seems like how zelda games work where it's not the same timeline or even universe sometimes but characters carry over. Who knows maybe there's a rugpull or something I'm missing?

Sans is clearly from Deltarune though. Like, he's almost certainly the same guy.
Possibly the same deal with Papyrus, as both Sans and Papyrus are the only monsters in Undertale who can just completely break the rules of the world if they so choose to. Never forget that Papyrus is so skilled with his magic that he can actively avoid killing you, even when Toriel when doing the same can still kill you.

Don't forget that Bonetrousle was originally composed as Deltarune's main battle theme.

I just realized all the bonetrousle shitposts are 9 or 10 years ago now and i'm screaming at the walls.
EDIT: oh god deltarune 1 was 7 now too. AAAAAA TIME

AUGH! AUGH! ARGH!
What if he reveals Kris was a kike all along?
NO. Not that's
Not that's

i finally beat the Roaring Knight, and do the rest of Chapter 4 with my, "good" playthrough (all recruits, all eggs, all shards)...
I'm so happy. The kneeling, and being knighted was kinda sick, too, even if I don't know what it meant.
Sans is clearly from Deltarune though. Like, he's almost certainly the same guy.
Sans gets tired, and runs away instead of you killing him...

Finally managed to get through everything. I'm hopeful that Toby is right that Chapter 5 will be 2026, and FUCK THE ROARING KNIGHT. Took me 3 goddamn days to beat that asshole.
Congrats! Was there any specific attack that gave you trouble more than the others? For me it was that god forsaken tunnel of swords attack, the one kind of like San's.

The ring of knives and the final box division. Both dealt so much damage, and had too much going on for me to visually parse. Weirdly, the sword tunnels weren't that bad for me.

Congrats. When I did that fight it was the rotating tunnel that got me more than anything else. Managed to no-hit the final attack first try though since I've seen that pattern a ton of times in games like enter the gungeon. I'm just glad I guessed right that taking a shot at him immediately after that fight would end the battle because I was super low at that point. Tense as hell.

Not sure you should buy the "Toby is based" thing. He's hired some unbiased people in his company
A couple of the people in the credits are known SA goons who stuck around after it got all gender-politicky. Take that as you will.

Shoutout to Everdraed though, the guy responsible for photoshop flowey - He's a super chill dude and has been doing that sort of art since like 2006. One of the few bits I really remember from playing through UT at release was seeing that boss and instantly wondering if it was his doing; his art's really recognizable.
