I'll start:

BMSS used to make some really decent lo-fi black metal but their album Rainbow Nights is a beautiful synthed-up mess.

Another rather strange one I listen to would be Igorrr, a musician who seemingly makes music that just seems to mix genres from literally all over the musical spectrum:

Really, really nice and talented dude though. Has genuine passion and love for making tunes.
