Chris remembers what he wants to have happened. That, and he's profoundly retarded. He can't remember away the whole court ordeal, but he can twist it to being found not guilty. Eventually he'll work it into his memory that the court ordered Snyder to close his store, and that's why it's out of business. Like I said, he's retarded. And probably insane.

Basically, consider his "memory" of high school.

Do you want to know if the ironic thing is? Answering the questions the way he has been is fucking up his chances even more so than his pictures, which says ALOT.
