Default judgements are trivially easy to avoid. You avoid them by showing up in court and doing what the judge tells you to do.

This particular default judgement was huge because Jones had accumulated years of ill will with this particular judge across multiple lawsuits by acting like a massive faggot during discovery. The list of things he did in the judgement is downright embarrassing to read. So what the judge basically ruled, "I am sick seeing your stupid face and dealing with these stupid antics. How much money do I need to fine you to end your business make sure I never have to see you again? Oh, it's almost a billion dollars? Well fine, you owe a billion. Now fuck off."

Jones has subsequently lost all his appeals because it's a default judgement, so the only real question is, "Did you actually show up and do as you're told, the trivially easy thing you needed to do in order to avoid this fine? No, you didn't? Well, sorry, pal."
Its still bullshit. Saying its how the system works just means the system is bullshit.

You act like this isn't an ordinary thing for courts.
It isn't. Most lawyers play by the rules because courts know all the tricks and you get raped if you get caught lying or cheating.
It may not have been an accident.
Except the dates didn't line up. Jones's lawyers didn't say "hey, here's the evidence, we found it." They accidentally sent proof that they had the evidence the whole time. If you're going to lie to the court, at least try not to get caught doing it.
I don't understand where you think any of this is somehow justified.
If you try to cheat in legal proceedings and get caught at it, you will get raped. That's how it goes.

The courts made it clear that Jones willingly withheld evidence. This also meant Jones lied under oath and got caught at it because he claimed the evidence didn't exist. Then his lawyers failed to declare certain evidence as part of client-attorney privilege. His lawyers were terrible and deserve a lot of the blame here.
Makes me wonder why he didn't go with a higher-tier lawyer for this, but hindsight is 20/20.
Now that I think about it, didn't he change lawyers halfway through the trial (maybe due to this absolute clusterfuck)?

And so what? You act like this isn't an ordinary thing for courts. The lawyers don't always have evidence during discovery. It may not have been an accident. You can tell a judge one day that you don't have evidence, find said evidence, and send it to opposing lawyers. IANAL but I don't need to be know that narrative doesn't pass the smell test. It's discovery and things like that happen literally all the time.
If you know your enemies are trying to destroy you using the courts, you should probably try to follow the process as best as you can to not give them ammunition.

Now that I think about it, didn't he change lawyers halfway through the trial (maybe due to this absolute clusterfuck)?
Jones drove away several teams of lawyers throughout this case because he was unmanageable. The guy is a lunatic par excellence.

Sounds like there is some movement going on in the background on Antifa. Both Nick Sotor and Glenn Beck have stated that the FBI have recently contacted them and others about investigating the organization.
The fact that they are attempting to collect this stuff by interviewing podcasters instead of having the NSA rip it all straight out of Bluffdale under auspices of National Security is horrible optics.

Makes it look like .gov is raping your privacy daily with exactly zero benefit to the public, even against a designated terror group.

the alex jones stuff also applies in family court, which is directly relevant to everyone's lives because we all have cousins and nieces and nephews even if we don't have kids

everyone thinks they know someone who got buttraped in family court, and everyone thinks it's because of misandry or misogyny but nine times out of ten one of two things happened and the first thing is exactly this: somebody thought they didn't have to treat the judge like God and the judge let them know otherwise. (the other thing is they're in a jurisdiction where the attorneys, the custody evaluators, and everyone else is just in it to win it and you're there to pay for their boat and they flipped a coin to see who was getting the kids. it's never actually cause they hate fathers or women, nobody has time for that)

Maybe they're taking a multi-pronged approach to their investigation? Just because they're interviewing journalists and podcasters doesn't mean they aren't also collecting information in other ways.

I guess ICE agents in Chicongo were just ambushed and a horde of fat spics descended upon them

Scrolling around the feed looks like they dispersed gas to get the crowd to leave. They had someone under arrest but I don't know if it's just the retard that crashed into them or people they already arrested earlier in the day.

And if you think the plaintiff is asking for a remedy way out of proportion to the damage done, the courtroom is the place for you to make that argument. If you refuse to participate in the suit, then the plaintiff's claim goes uncontested.

Lawsuit where you participate:

Plaintiff: The defendant hurt me real bad. I want $10m.
Defendant: That's retarded, I only broke his toe. That's like $25K worth of damage at most.
Judge: Hmm, good argument, defendant, but you're lowballing IMO. I award the plaintiff $50K plus $10K punitive damages.

Lawsuit where you don't participate:

Plaintiff: The defendant hurt me real bad. I want $10m.
Defendant: *crickets*
Judge: Well, the defendant doesn't object to paying you $10m, so you get $10m plus $5m punitive damages.
Jones spent way too much of the trial trying to farm one-liners for clickbait channels like Memeology 101 and the like when he should have actually been building a defense.
Saying "You mean like the Clintons?" in response to being asked if you lied about the deaths of others may get you some Vine airhorns, but it won't get you off the hook.

You act like this isn't an ordinary thing for courts.
It isn't, not for cases of this magnitude. You know where it's really common? Divorce court. And you know what happens when retards pull this shit in divorce court? The judges absolutely fuckin' rape them. I will bet the vast majority of divorcees in the manosphere whining about "divorce rape" lied in court, didn't show up for hearings, didn't obey court orders, didn't supply requested documents, etc.

And even then! Alex Jones did shenanigans multiple times in this case, and the judge slapped him on the wrist! He just did it one too many times. He shenanned his last nigan. The judge simply had enough and said, "Okay, that's it, it's over, I warned you enough times, now you get the default judgment."

What a schizo fucking retard. Fine, I can get behind a default judgement. You'll never sell me on Total Financial Death.
The plaintiffs were seeking around $900m in damages. $300m for punitive. $150m for lawyer's fees. I don't remember what else. Don't default when somebody is suing you for everything.

That garbage truck was not moving very quickly. It was also pulling off to the shoulder on the right where there was no lane. Why the hell wouldn't Alec have kept going straight? He must have been going way too fast or something, following too close behind, or instinctively followed the truck as it was pulling off thinking it was how the road went.

Definitely wasn't paying attention, at the very least.

Post in thread '📚 Megathread - SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors'
cuddle striker
First, do no harm.
this thread is about the doctors and surgeries, complications and bad responses from both the medical and broader trans community to people with troubles. It's not meant to debate the need/use of the surgeries, or just to post cursed images.

Doctors and surgeons have been trying for a hundred years or more to perfect, or at least get acceptable results from, genital reassignment surgery. There are multiple issues with this surgery, even in its most basic forms. Early surgeons performed fairly simple, brutal surgeries- one MtF patient died as a result of an attempted uterus transplant, but for the most part, surgeons just removed unwanted organs and structures. They weren't attempting to build functional vaginas or penises, at most, just something that looked about right from a distance.

The surgeons who are currently performing many of these surgeries are seemingly constrained by no medical ethics. Patients are routinely brushed off, ignored, or told to move on to a different doctor if they have complications. This is an issue as there are no doctors outside these little networks who practice these experimental procedures.

I'm posting this thread to watch for the doctors' responses to their patients, which are incredibly unprofessional and dismissive, and for reviews and problems with surgeries. Several Reddit forums that once compiled the issues and problems of these patients have been removed. Many of these patients are terrified that their surgeon will recognize them, if they ask for help, and ban them from further treatment. Many have been told to shut up about their problems, pressured by the community to downplay the side effects and difficulties so they don't "scare people off" of surgery.

This pressure extends to any media coverage of people who had serious issues with their surgeries or transition:

I do not think any patient deserves to be treated this way, especially those suffering from a disability/illness like this. Whether you think it's mental illness, physical mismatch with the true self, or just a fun thing people can do- no surgeon should be posting these kind of results, with this much damage done to people, and this kind of treatment. These people do not have other doctors to turn to, for complications, because these are not standard surgeries. It's possible to see ten vaginal construction surgeries and see ten completely different procedures. There is no other type of surgery that is done this way.

Whether or not you like or believe in the condition of transgender people, they are human and are being treated as guinea pigs.

post about puberty blockers and the history of medical ethics regarding them

a vivid text-based post that sums up the intent and meaning of this thread, excellent summary, excellent post

These doctors are taking advantage of this community. The amount of drama and saltiness this causes is incredible, when it can be found.
/r/neovaginas and /r/detrans are where a lot of the victims of these experiments post, seeking advice. There's no advice. The trans community has no support for these problems. Side effects of testosterone and estrogen/progesterone are not even being fully researched. Many trans people have had cancer of the prostate, uterus, cervix, and heart problems, or other issues, due to their treatment.

Again, the doctors encourage the community to quash dissent or questioning.
The doctors have a stranglehold, there are damn few of them and the people who want the surgery know better than to speak up.

I'm posting just a few quotes to start and reserving the second post for images. I'll add to this OP as I find more.

Jess Ting, Marci Bowers, Suporn, Rumer, Raphael...

A link describing the various basic bottom surgeries. Orchiectomy, mastectomy, hysterectomy and penectomy are the simplest and oldest, safest procedures. All the rest will vary depending on surgeon, time of day, if they had decaf for breakfast, what the weather's like...
Jazz' second dick butcher surgeon, Dr. Jess Ting, is being accused of having botched someone badly on r/Transgender_Surgeries.

Also from the Jazz Jennings thread,
These kind of surgeries are never going to be anything but botched because they're never gonna have the result they expect: a real vagina.

Gonna post the thumbnails for reference only and to have an idea of what's what they've done with Jazz specifically.

I apologize in advance for the horror:

Jess Ting is well known in the transgender community as the doctor you DON'T want to go to.
Dr. Rumer:
If anyone does end up making a thread about SRS surgeons, don't forget to include Dr Rumer:

It's not that they're talking about their own experience, they're literally killing people.

Not all is well in paradise it seems like with extra blood coming out of his netherbits as of late. (What do you mean extra blood? Does it just spill blood everytime you dilate?)

After doing some digging on who this Dr. Hyer was I found out that apparently Colorado is a trans surgery capital in the US, with Denver Health holding 30 to 15% of all vaginoplasty surgeons in America.
View attachment 1113878View attachment 1113880
Now, apparently, Jennifer Hyer does both FTM and MTF surgeries and really does seem to believe in the cause, and if my research tells me anything i.e a reddit thread (post-GRS AMA w/Hyer / 7week postop update), she's a former student of Marci Bowers, whom you may know as Jazz Jenning's surgeon.

Although if you've kept up with that series you'd know that ended up hellishly awful so God knows what Kevin has going on down if she really goes along with Bower's instructions. And if Google is anything to go by, she isn't a very good doctor herself either.

All in all, he's beyond fucked even if this shit heals somehow, I wouldn't trust a doctor like this with my life.
I don't want to PL too much but I know exactly where they're talking about, I was internet aquaintences with the tranny who started it back in the day, it was in Shelton, WA. It wasn't actually a farm, although it was a farm style house and he had a handful of chickens and a sheep. The only other person who lived there was his super psycho tranny gf who 41%ed like 9 years ago. The doc who did the operations didn't live there but would come up when a surgery was scheduled (he was also another tranny)

The OR and electrology station was in a shed they built specifically for that purpose.

Steampunk Phil actually reminds me a lot of the tranny who started that clinic, although I think the bootleg clinic tranny was a little too misanthropic to ever want to start a commune. His name is Beth Flannagan, also known as "Beth X"

An acceptable, safe alternative that usually has less complications is zero-depth, this is just using the existing skin to make a vulva (external women's genitalia) without trying to build-in a vagina (internal structures)

It's less common because these doctors build up expectations and refuse to be honest with patients, but the people who've had it done aren't getting harmed, and seem all right with it. For a lot of them it's about getting rid of the things that "make" them the other sex, this does that very effectively.

ETA: The community of people who want or need this medical care is not to blame for the unsound medical practices or the neglect of patients at all. They are held to their silence as much by the doctors doing this as by anything else.
