Let's say the big journalists don't sign it, what gives?
You mean, what would be the consequences? I guess they won't have free, easy, and direct access to the Pentagon offices, staff, and documents anymore. Although, I suppose they could interview people outside of the premises or submit requests for access?

Can either of you actually tell me what Alex Jones' crimes actually were?

It was a civil suit, not a criminal trial. He was being sued for defamation by people he accused of being crisis actors. If you trash somebody's reputation, they actually can sue you, totally legal. They might even win. You know how you can make sure they win? Refuse to participate in the lawsuit.

He said an opinion that pissed off the elites and for that he deserves to have his life ruined

He had his life ruined for choosing to treat a courtroom proceeding like a clown show.

almost every time

it's really infuriating because family court is horrifically unjust and needs to be reformed but the majority of the people complaining the loudest did 90% of what happened to them to themselves

a very typical situation is you have two retards but one is crazy/abusive. the first retard thinks they can vibe their way through the case because the bitch is obviously crazy/the fucker is obviously abusive. and that's true! but family court is in fact not reddit and you can't just post your way into consensus. So the crazy bitch or the horrible man gets the kids and terrible things ensue which all could have been avoided if the first retard had followed the rules.

Another typical situation is the judge requests financial records from the man, and the man says to himself, "That bitch has no right to my assets, I'm not giving them these docs," and then lo and behold, it turns out that requests from judges are not polite suggestions.

People also just don't understand that the world doesn't care about what you think the law should be. They get into court and act like total jackasses because they think they shouldn't have to be there, or that the law they're being charged under is stupid, or the person suing them is a cunt, or the judge is a dick, or whatever, and apparently seem to think that if you just act like a big enough jackass in the courtroom, the judge will say, "Aw, gee whiz, you're right, this whole proceeding is super silly, let's just forget the whole thing." They are then shocked when judges are not impressed by their antics and neither are higher courts.

How does one "abuse" using a VPN? I think a VPN is something that everyone has the right to use however they want, whenever they want, and how often they want to.
You do have that right. And a website has the right to block whomever they want, including methods jeets use to enter jeet-free zones.

The deregulation stuff can actually be good environmentally as a lot of it basically meant you could reprocess century old mining tailings dams. If you have a gold mine or silver mine in the US, there is likely a percentage of rare earths well past the economically viable zone. The issue likely is the flux used was Boron or Lead being incredibly toxic and the remediation efforts were basically treating a ton of sites like Chernobyl.

If you can get the government to pay for some of it via clean-up acts, you could pull like hundreds of millions of dollars out of garbage.

This is on a lark, but how do you feel about lolicon?
You specifically know exactly how I feel about lolicon because the one single time I actually defended you in this thread is when we were both arguing with this thread about the merits of requiring an ID for porn, you and me were the only ones in favor of it. I don't support trying to police VPNs especially in the age of total mega conglomerate silicon valley domination.

Fair enough. If it's any consolation, I highly doubt that any government could effectively police VPNs. I only support the UK and India getting fucked because those countries deserve to be quarantined.

I have no sympathy for this situation whatsoever so I didn't include it, that's not just retardedly deciding to play chicken with judge, it's refusing to acknowledge that you're married and what marriage entails

the other situation though and a couple of related ones are so common, it's *so hard* to get people to play by the rules in family court and lawyers make *so much money* because of the counterintuitiveness of the rules, it's just one more of the multiple IQ arbitage opportunities we have in our fucked up society

If India and the UK were banned from the Internet, a lot of problems would go away.
Proposal: we banish the UK, Canada, Pakistan, and India to their own little i internet where they can be each other's problem and if we're lucky the shittalking in their new containment zone will cause an India/Canada vs UK/Pakistan war. It would be very silly.

They watch those videos of sovereign citizens being so obstinately annoying that the judge either throws out the case or at least passes the buck to someone who can be bothered and think they have the magic ticket to escaping all consequences.

He definitely defamed them, i just disagree with the 1 billion cost, but the way you put it(if you are telling the truth), it seems he brought it on himself by acting like a retard. The problem with this case it that every time i tried looking info up, it would be biased by the person reporting on it(including Jones himself it seems).

It remains to be seen.Corporations have every reason to get environmental laws repealed(these regulations exist for a reason).I worry because drumf tends to ride corpo cock at times, he will allow some insane corpo action that leaves us chocking on shitty air.

VPNs police themselves, if you are using a VPN to do illegal things that puts risk on the VPN provider, so they (like any other reputable business) will restrict what you are allowed to do with the VPN or else you'll be banned from using it.

In the same vein, if Twitter sees a bunch of attacks happening from a certain VPN provider, it's in their rights to block that provider entirely, something that would be bad for the VPN provider who wants to make money.

It's just like having a driver's license, you are expected to behave in certain ways on the road or else your driving privilege is revoked. Plenty of people use VPNs for non-malicious reasons, same as cars.

Balldoverse Update:

Lawtuber and former associate of Nick Rekieta Ian Runkle was hosting a 24 hour auction benefitting a children's charity. He was hosting a variety of guests including Kurt of Uncivil Law.

Ian, unaware that Nick has been relentlessly harassing Kurt publicly for months and accusing him of being a pedophile, invites Nick on, causing Kurt to leave, much to Nick's delight.

Nick joined, said "Hey what's up guys" in a tone that I can only described as "taunting", and Kurt left immediately.

Good move, Kurt. Unironically that was the right thing to do. When Sean and Rekieta were on the Legal Vices memorial stream at the same time, Nick kept throwing insults and trying to egg on a response.

EDIT: He's already bailing for Coomelot's stream. He just showed up to press Kurt and bail. He was here less than 10 minutes.

Nick's brief appearance totally shifted the vibe of the charity livestream, slowing charity bids to a crawl. Nick only stayed on for around 10 minutes, leaving to brag about how he bullied Kurt into leaving on the stream of one of his few remaining friends, bisexual furry and amateur race car crasher Coomalot.

This has backfired immensely, as Runkle and his fans have called out Nick on Twitter for using his stream for Internet beef causing Nick to spiral on Twitter, telling random people on Twitter to "fuck off".

This is in reply to nick.
Anyone know who else misbehaved on runkle's stream that made him think he misjudged "a whole lot"? I heard kurt only bailed and that's it.

Even the usual suspects fail to appear to Balldoguard for this unforced error. Comments are 100% negative.
Suffer Nick.

We're back to "Fuck off alog"-posting, previously from the November 2024 schizoposting arc and June/May post-sentencing career stagnation arc, we're so in for future Rekieta kino.
