I agree somewhat, but also can only see environmental regulations as limiting American industry while Chinese and Indian industry moves unrestrained by these things. I'm for making the US dominant in all arenas and if we sadly have to do away with some regulations to do this then that cost must be paid.
Putting it back on the states instead of allowing continued legislation from the bench is something I can also only see as a positive. States should allow their citizens to vote on something that many view as incredibly important.

Whether or not you like what's being done, things are being done, which could hardly be said of Trump's first term.
