His attacks towards you suggest he doesn’t want to listen, so you’re better off redirecting him and encouraging him to do things that won’t impact his health. If he's in finace his literal job is knowing about the state of these things. I'd take his opinion over yours just on that (assuming he's a succesful financieer). Still, freaking out in general does not help but if you got any exposure to certain parts of the economy it's getting really fucking hard to not freak out due to how much shit is changing.
