some thoughts to answer your questions
With legs i had a lot of trouble to balance it out, i tried to show stress on the muscle but it ended up look a bit disproportional especially combined with the camera angle.
1st he is standing here and clearly pushing the rock up the hill, and Null gave me an idea that he wanted to show that Sisyphus have to stop the rock rolling down before pushing it up. there fore the body kind of have to be lower to the ground in almost lying position.
2nd is hand placement more spread apart to almost hug the rock.
with those in mind it makes scene in your brain (or at least mine) to have your legs more spread apart, which is again why i had problems with leg size e.a. creating a silhouette and keeping anatomy in check.
and besides right now we are on stop till Null will gave us an update on how hired guy will answer (btw @Null how is it?). But since its been over the week now i assume ewverything worked out.
What about moving the image to the right, so person is centered and we don't see the full boulder?
With how low to the ground the body itself is right now it really hard to avoid Atlas similarities since rock will have to be on his back. And because of how close the boulder to the body it is really becomes part of the silhouette. so separating them might lead to confusion, people might look at it briefly and think he is lying near the cliff or something.Huge calves seem more Atlas than Sisyphus and would fit more the beefy Rockefeller Plaza Atlas-style upperbody.

this statue is the closest thing to what i had in mind when i was starting, but with the pose that we ended up with theres a couple differencesFoot positioning? This guy (below) is not as crouched down, so the left foot is still a little too straight, but I think something between the parallel and near-perpendicular lines might avoid either broken-foot, or too-long foot.

I had to keep in mind of how people would look at the logo: it either on the site where theres no image compression and whatever you do it will look as intended but smaller, or it will be printed on your usual HP laser jet office printer where especially fine hatching will blend together creating shading effect instead of engraving one.Ps - lines/shading like this? Or too fine? The lines had that deco look up close, but pulled back maybe not bold enough.
