Same. Both Jean Claude Van Damme and Raul Julia were so far past miscast that it turned around on itself and became great. At minimum, Raul Julia knew it too which is why he was hamming it up so much, and I think Van Damme probably knew it as well. I somewhat unironically love Van Damme's "we can all go home speech." Also, "for me, it was Tuesday", and Ming Na Wen was hot in that movie.
 
Uwe Boll's pretty much just an internet troll reveling in his hatred after failing his movie career and retreated to being a restaurant owner, squeezing whatever blood out of the stones of his notoriety he could because let's be honest -- what the fuck else does this petty manchild has besides throwing immature fits and slurs at people who lambasted him all the years?

He's aware that he's a fucking immature piece of shit with no worth to speak of and all the laughs to get out of from his hissy fits, he simply doesn't give a fuck because he's actually happy that we're poking fun at him for his stupidity, because that's giving him attention even if it's hateful ones.

And this -- is what makes him such a troll. A very successful one in riling people up for whatever attention it's worth -- but still a troll.
