On top of having the most normal/least grating personality and not looking like a personified tumblr blog, the way Malik is drawn and shaded also just fits way better with the vibrant color-blocky photofilters they use as backgrounds. He looks like he's actually meant to be in that setting in a way the other characters just don't.

Instead of adding useless copyrighted easter eggs and stupid game modes the ValiDate team just keeps posting memes. Maybe they don't have anything interesting to show because they are too busy with their memes and tweets. The memes are like a bad effort to keep people interested. Yet this game doesn't have the fanbase of YanSim and will be forgotten sooner than later if they don't show off some new actual game content.
