Vassar has a history of pretending they're so great and awesome and inclusive and how that makes them the best ever you guys.

Let's see how well that holds up to reality.

Well, one search later reveals that Vassar isn't just a college campus focusing on liberal arts. It has a history of similar acts of insanity, like falsifying hate speech and legitimizing false rape accusations:

Watch Dog Wire said:
This past semester, the students at Vassar College have reported a series of hate speech being posted on campus. Messages such as “Hey Tranny, know your place” and other profane comments insulting a variety of minority groups were painted on campus, including on a student’s door.

Vassar College takes incidents like this very seriously; they have a committee called Bias Incident and Response Team (BIRT) specifically designed to respond to incidents such as this. As stated on their website, after an incident of bias occurs, “the Associate Dean of the College for Campus Life will convene the BIRT team within 24 hours or as soon as possible to determine initial steps and to identify additional offices or members from the campus community who can assist with the college’s response to
the incident or situation being addressed.”

On November 13, 2013, students received an email reporting these repeated incidents, and assured the campus community that the BIRT team was working to address the situation as quickly as possible. Six days later, on November 19, another email was sent. The following is an excerpt from this second letter:

BIRT Team said:
“It is our unfortunate duty to report that two Vassar students have admitted responsibility for creating a number of recent bias and hate-speech messages in public spaces on campus. They also falsely reported these as anonymous messages.”

Watch Dog Wire said:
At the same time, it was noted by several students that one of the members of BIRT had resigned. Further questioning from concerned students and the Daily Caller revealed an ugly truth. Genesis Hernandez, a transgendered, minority student who served as a member of the Bias Incident and Response Team as well as the Vice President of Student Life, was one of the two students responsible for the falsified hate speech. This shocking news is now being covered by major news sources such as Fox News.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time this year that Vassar has been in the news regarding issues of discrimination and bias. Earlier this year, a student named Peter Yu sued the school, claiming that gender discrimination led to his expulsion. In February of 2012, Yu and fellow classmate Mary Claire Walker had sex.

Yu claims that it was a consensual act, and the first time he had ever engaged in sexual intercourse. Friends of Yu claim that afterwards, Walker bragged to other students about how she had taken his virginity. She also sent him a message on Facebook to tell him that she “had a wonderful time.”

I wonder if there's any more information on that there legitimized false rape accusation? Yep, there is:

Daily Caller said:
The fact that at least two people with authority in shaping Vassar’s sexual assault investigation policies were expelled for committing fraud would seem to undermine the college’s response to Yu’s suit, in which administrators claim that “Vassar acted in good faith at all times in its dealings with [Yu] and did not engage in willful, wanton, malicious, or reckless conduct so as to justify an award of punitive damages.”

Vassar did not respond to a request for comment.

National Review, have anything to add?

National Review said:
Last fall Vassar College was struck by a string of hateful remarks spray-painted on student residences, including “Fuck N*ggers” and “Hey Tranny, Know Your Place.” A few days after the university’s Bias Incident Response Team reported that multiple offenses had occurred on campus, the university announced that the perpetrators were actually two members of the Bias Incident Response Team.

So, yes, we can safely say that these happened, and that Vassar is a college that's expelled people for rape allegations after refusing to allow the accused due process and has an infamous history of falsifying evidence to push an SJW agenda. Can't imagine why they'd oppose the constitution or anything. After all, it's not like they receive money from the federal government or anythi--

Oops.

Oh no she shredded copy paper with the text of the US Constitution printed on it with ink purchased at Staples Office Supplies! A copy which was apparently one of hundreds handed out to students on her campus!

Call me when an SJW breaks into the National Archives and uses the original as a tampon.

I totally agree. The document that grants life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness to every citizen, gives women the right to vote, and outlaws slavery is totally one of the most oppressive things ever written.

Of course it is, because it allows those shitlord men to disagree with the SJWs and we can't have that, can we?

While burning a copy of the Constitution is massively disrespectful, the very same Constitution grants any idiot the right to say anything for any reason. These people want to change that, and unfortunately the Western world is coming around to their view...

Who needs James O'Queefe when you have these idiots?
No, this was a set-up by James O'Keefe.

No one actually had a panic attack because of the Constitution in this video. A "journalist" from Project Veritas (who is making this video and has made others) pretended to be a triggered sjw to see what these different colleges would do. As you can see by watching the video, this exact same scenario is being played out at Vassar and twice at Oberlin. Who knows how many other people were interviewed but didn't give the reaction Project Veritas was looking for.

I'm not sure what else this proves besides college administration walks on eggshells, humors, and tries to placate these types of idiots. As you can see by the reactions of some of these women, there is some definite 'WTF' happening as well as reaching for how to make this idiot kid in front of them who's throwing around buzzwords like "triggering", "oppression", and "discriminating" not feel like the moron they are. They want to get that kid out of their office with the least amount of drama possible, so of course they baby talk her, validate her insecurities, and do what's going to make her shut up and go back to class - all they're actually doing is shredding paper that this person is overreacting about, not an actual copy of the Constitution like the title wants you to believe. The only one going out of their way to empathize is (surprise) the History Professor/Director of Gender, Sexuality & Feminist Studies at Oberlin (not Vassar). The Assistant Director of Equal Opportunity from Vassar and the Professor/Chair of Comparative American Studies are clearly bullshitting their ways through this interaction.

This isn't news. It's a :ruse: telling us stuff we already know: Colleges will bend over backwards for a Triggered Tumblrina.
