Are videogames for children?

wasn't there a website collecting all of them in their original format (probably more than one).
that's probably one of the niche content that should be preserved else it's gonna vanish forever at some point.
I have no idea if there was a website like you describe. But if there is, it must be found now. Because I need to archive it.

Okay hang on... I found this: https://keygenjukebox.net/ (archive)

Reelism 2 is some of the most fun I've had with a game. I'm going to eventually get burned out because ultimately you can only do so much with a simple horde mode shooter but man is it funny. I haven't even beaten a single standard 5 Level Stage but I don't mind it because it's just so stupidly funny.

>Wizards spawn who will shout "MAGIC MISSILE" in the cheesiest voice possible.
>Good runs always give you some reprieve when a stage will only spawn harmless "Felt Puppets" who will constantly say silly phrases like "I fool children into believing I'm alive"
>When Cacodemons spawn there will be Cacodemons that have goofy Mario legs which never cease to amuse me.
>My runs get fucked when my screen is swarmed with BEES and it's so stupid it's great.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg. There's just so much stupid stuff. If some indie studio wants to make easy stupid money just take this concept and add Multiplayer. If you're one who loathes any form of LOLSORANDOM humor this might not be your cup of tea but for me it's an insanely good timewaster.
I didn't even know there was a sequel, good to know. Reelism is the height of stupid kill a few minutes shooting goofiness.

I do hope I can kill bronies again in this.

Starfield being delayed until 2023 means that MS have literally no AAA exclusives releasing this year unless they push for the next Forza to come out early.

I would imagine they will start throwing cash around to get some big multiplat stuff for gamepass.

Or they'll just buy another company for an "exclusive".

There's been rumors of them getting involved with Ubisoft+, whether that's going to just be that service coming to Xbox or it being added to Game Pass Ultimate like EA Play is up in the air. The deal with Activision might also be done in time for COD Modern Warfare II to be added to the service on day one.

not that they really need one, even on playstation multiplats make more dosh (which is why sony's MUH MOVIEGAME BLOCKBUSTERS were a pretty retarded idea right from the start). these days most people probably buy and xbox for gamepass an don't really care about exclusives. even more when you consider the frequency and quality of those...

I looked through the manual of Reelism 2 and it doesn't look like the Bronies are in, thankfully on the dev site it does say it's easy to mod stuff in so I'm sure you'll be able to add everything from the first Reelism.

I just seriously think there's just so much clear potential for a bigger version of this type of silly Horde mode. This concept could seriously be the Super Smash Bros of FPS. Like imagine if Microsoft had one of their studios make a horde mode that features enemies and objects from ALL the properties they now own. One second you're fighting the Halo Convenant, next it's the Demons of Doom, then next round you're driving a Forza racecar running over Draugrs and Deathclaws from The Elder Scrolls series. Give it a fairly decent budget (it doesn't have to be a gorgeous game by any means), add multiplayer, and you've got one of the most stupidly enjoyable games ever made.

This type of game on a bigger scale than what the ol Doom Engine can provide could be a giant hit and apparently no one in the industry has just decided to copy it. Which is mindblowing.

I'm either old or retarded because I genuinely can't tell what Ray Tracing does for Village and Cyberpunk.
I was always on the fence what ray tracing could bring to games, but if I turn it off and on in Cyberpunk, certainly during the night... the difference is staggering. The lighting, and atmosphere it brings to the neon-wrought world of Night City is amazing. So far for me it's the only game where ray tracing actually meant anything. I'll have to try it with Village at some point, I haven't played that game yet unfortunately. I heard it's also coming to Elden Ring, but I don't see how that game could benefit from the technology when they performance on PC still hasn't been fixed fully. I guess some areas could have more atmosphere, certainly during the night. Oh well, we'll have to wait and see.

Elden Ring is going to shit itself the moment someone casts Comet Azure if ray tracing is enabled.

'83 , a FPS being developed by antimatter games, who made Rising storm 2, has been delayed indefinitely while they pull all their resources towards IGI origins. Both games have been vaporware , with both being announced 3 years ago and since then having a whole 4 minutes of gameplay shown.

I had a feeling that '83 was fucking dead, followed the game a long time ago but dropped it when just nothing about the game was coming out. Shame really.

Evil Dead isn't half bad so far. Matches are a bit too long for my liking, the game screams for a lock-on feature when fighting and a means to heal teammates aside from saving them from a bleedout, but the core game is fun, properly frantic, ad the co-op vs AI matches are properly desperate affairs with everyone trying like hell to hold out for that last 2 minutes.

EDIT: I didn't pay attention to the other character abilities much, and there are some healing abilities especially with the Support class.

IGI is a weird fucking property to resurrect.

Personally im willing to bet their parent company just happened to own IGI and decided to force Antimatter to make a game in the series , there has to be some contract fuckery here
The original studio was Innerloop, Norwegians, and publishers were Eidos and Codemasters. Maybe they got to hold on to the IGI license and at some point Antimatter went looting corpses. Still, no one recognizes the brand or would be upset and say "that's an IGI-ripoff!" if they made a shooter about infiltrating bases.
