there are not that many indiana jones games that I'd call it a scene tho.God the Indy Game Scene has become a pile of shit.
Considering what happened to Darkest Dungeon 2, I'm in the same boat.God the Indy Game Scene has become a pile of shit.
There were a couple...and none of them were good.there are not that many indiana jones games that I'd call it a scene tho.
I have no idea what that means but it sounds interesting. Is it like an off-line client for downloading unpaid/fan content?Steam workshop downloader has had 300+ games blocked by steam , SWD is a website/tool for downloading workshop mods off steam for use with copies on other platforms or pirated copies, the accounts it used to get the mods are getting disabled , is SWD getting caught in a wider crackdown or is this targeted at SWD itself?
Steam workshop downloader
SWD is a website that would grab mods from the workshop on steam and download them to your pc like a normal ZIP. it wasnt offline because it needs to use steam accounts to download the mods , so it was hostage to internet connections, but it worked pretty wellI have no idea what that means but it sounds interesting. Gamergate pulled back the curtain and showed everyone that it's a bunch of underfed soyboys and overfed rainbowhairs eating each others' buttholes.God the Indy Game Scene has become a pile of shit.
Yo what gamesI’m pretty excited to play SNES games these upcoming weeks. To be honest, I need some break time from real life activities going on. (Not too much of a break of course, since I still have to work.)
Through the real SNES. I’m trying to play both the Mana and Pocky & Rocky series.Yo what games
Also, on a real SNES or though some other method?
I'd be interested in knowing the specs of that TV, if it supports 480p and such.I got a “”””portable””” travel screen for my ps2 and the picture doesn’t look as crusty as playing it on my 4K smart tv. Also I can play ps2 games in bed now (the controller cable didn’t reach when I played it on the telly). The colour black looks a bit washed out and the resolution could still be a bit better but aside from that I don’t mind it, since 480p looks a lot better on a screen this small than a 43” modern tv. The person on eBay that sold it to me kept it in really good condition, it still had the original box and everything.
I saw a post on Reddit from a guy that modded a really nice modern screen into one of them but I’m not very good with my hands lol. Plus he didn’t tell anyone how he did it.
There is actually a way better screen than this for the ps2 slim released by the same company towards the end of the ps2’s lifespan, which looks like this:
But I don’t have a ps2 slim and all the working models of this screen I could find were like £200 which is a bit much. I like the ps2 a lot but I don’t think my ps2 collection is big enough to justify such an expense at the moment. The older thicc version was like £55 so it was a lot cheaper, plus I already have the console to make it work.
I assume it's about the accounts, doubt valve give a shit who downloads mods and what you do afterwards, afaik there's no identifiable information inside them anyway, so any legit account could do what SWD does.SWD is a website that would grab mods from the workshop on steam and download them to your pc like a normal ZIP. it wasnt offline because it needs to use steam accounts to download the mods , so it was hostage to internet connections, but it worked pretty well
They made a post on their new subreddit , steam kept disabling the accounts they used to download mods, devs contacted steam but no news yet , its probably dead.I assume it's about the accounts, doubt valve give a shit who downloads mods and what you do afterwards, afaik there's no identifiable information inside them anyway, so any legit account could do what SWD does.
I think I remember that time you are talking about story-wise.Question: what's the current state of Guild Wars 2? Was thinking about hoping into it a while back, got pushed out by the rather poor-quality story and the massive amounts of near-psychotic SJWs. Has the game ever improved? Or should I continue to ignore it?
Around Season 5 technically; I never actually got through the entire base game questline, as I kept getting held up on other stuff. I always meant to get back onto it, but I ended up leaving the game entirely around early 2021, when a number of GW2 players I had been talking with, including a friend I had made several years prior, started to shove a shit-ton of left-wing political crap into their playing, in response to the "Jan 6. Terrorist Attack"; I just dropped it after that.I think I remember that time you are talking about story-wise.
For those who don't know: Lots of people (important plot people) were gay and you're gonna find how gay they are and why and all sorts of 5W (and how) questions about their gayness. You've probably realized that will take time to narrate all that and that there's a main story and real character work that time would have been better spent on instead of showing off how gay these characters are.
And that's why you need to slap that hetero lens off you now you superstraight cishet bigot.
Story-wise it's not much better now.
In all seriousness, they traded major sections of their storytelling out for political grandstanding with their YAS QUEEN KORMIR shit, or sassy dragon Aurene the good dragon has to fight dragon racism from the racists who want to hunt down and enslave dragons. And a whole bunch of other shit.
But the truth is I need a better idea of when you quit. Did you leave around (I think season 3) when Aurene got hatched, made that mind bond with your character and then used it to tell you her name and preferred gender (all dragons are genderspecial now)? Or did you dip later on?
If the political sperging isn't your thing I'll tell you now that Ukraine has not helped. I honestly only occasionally check in at this point. I don't play. It's all so tiresome.Around Season 5 technically; I never actually got through the entire base game questline, as I kept getting held up on other stuff. So, yeah. Never beat the entire base game, never got into the expansions.
