EA released/re-released a dozen of different games on Steam, like the C&C Collection, Dungeon Keeper. Alpha Centauri, Saboteur and so on.

Anyone have any suggestions for FPS games? Preferably on PS4 or PS5, if possible; been playing some of the Battlefield games, those are pretty solid.
Also, what about the Far Cry games; is 4, 5, or New Dawn worth picking up? Bit hesitant given Ubi's track record, but I'd though to ask.

Anyone played Granblue Relink? Need something zesty to play by myself and it feels like a tossup between that and Hogwarts: Legacy right now.

hogwarts is probably cheaper, bonus if you like harry potter.
relink otoh is pure kino, but you kinda have to like animu battle shonen because basically what the campaign is. looks great, plays great, great fucking music. no usual AAA bullshit (can be played completely offline with npc companions), but online co-op is available too.
however it goes more in the monhun direction (without being as annoying tho), so after the story is finished it's grinding time. but as said since the presentation is top notch and the systems aren't as bullshit (unless you really want to squeeze out the top 5% which the game doesn't even require) it's still pretty fun.
dunno how long HP is gonna keep you busy, but if relink works for you gonna get a solid 90+ hours out of it if you want (I'm sitting at 176 and still cheevo stuff to do, but I was dicking around a lot).

Get the STALKER trilogy on ps4. I think its backwards compatible with the new peasant boxes.
It's also on Xbox One if that matters.

Apparently, Adult Swim games on Steam are in danger of being delisted. Right now, there are no sales going on, so buying that stuff on keyshops is probably the best course of action.

Super House of Dead Ninjas, Super Puzzle Platformer Deluxe, Desync. Everything else depends on what kind of games you like and/or if you want to have stuff in your library that got delisted.

I wonder if the games still feel like shit and are a buggy mess on console, or if they got studio to fix up their slavjank for them.
I saw that people were talking about The Saboteur, but I had no fuckin clue that like all of the CnC games are on Steam now, crazy since people can pick up the games for a relatively cheap price, and people don't have to rely on CnCNet or whatever its called to play Tibsun. Surprising that EA would do something cool like this.

No idea what prompted it, well, it was probably money. There is still stuff missing like the old Medal of Honor, Syndicate, Sims games etc. I hope we get those too.

Especially since games like Sims 2 are basically lost from what I know. There's no official ways to get them, even through EA. I don't know why they haven't preserved the game, but it either has to be incompetence or them still trying to funnel people into Sims 4. It would also be kind of funny if shit like My Sims got rereleased.

With Akira Toriyama's death I hope some people play Chrono Trigger and then play another JRPG instead of stopping there and saying that was the peak.

The funny part is that I actually bought a reproduction cart of Chrono Trigger almost a few years ago, but I never managed to finish it past the first two chapters of the game.
Right now, this is making me want to play Dragon Quest Builders and the latest installments of DQ on the Nintendo Switch.
