How did Konami not go bankrupt, when after phantom pain they made barely any notable games? This doesn't make any sense 😖:\

I figured Konami would have made some metal gear slots. If they did, they never shipped them to any of the casinos I’ve visited.
 
Would be weird of Konami operated like Valve and just let whoever work on whatever. Them leaving the gaming industry and then kinda wandering back in is a bit strange.

Konami put out a Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater pachislot machine in 2016:
(ghostarchive) (preservetube)

I saw these machines for sale in the US on Ebay, but I don't know if Konami ever officially sold these machines outside Japan.

Konami has also licensed Metal Gear for karaoke (p) and an escape room (p).

Yeah I don’t think I’ve ever seen any slot machines based on their IPs. Would love to play some MGS, Castlevania, and Silent Hill slots.

Because Konami is more than just a video game developer. Although that being said, they pretty much put their gaming division in cryostasis for a few years.

Levine has always been a hack, and will always be a hack.

Anyone that has followed his career knows he's an incompetent buffoon that only gets by thanks to his co-ethnics. The development of BioShock 1 and Infinite were a complete shitshow, and especially Infinite, and the blame can completely be traced back to Levine and his inability to do his job and manage the project and team.

Judas will turn out to be another turd, only without Elizabeth as goonbait.

Fun fact, there's a series of Japan-exclusive games called Pachinko Paradise (not related to Konami). The interesting thing is that there's a PS2 game in the franchise that is a life sim, where the explicit goal is to stop being a gambling degenerate and life a normal life.
