I saw these machines for sale in the US on Ebay, but I don't know if Konami ever officially sold these machines outside Japan.
Konami has also licensed Metal Gear for karaoke (p) and an escape room (p).

Fun fact, there's a series of Japan-exclusive games called Pachinko Paradise (not related to Konami).
