A reference to the incessant The Office jokes Vinny kept making during the Kill It With Fire streams. It got to the point where Vinny was disliking his own repetition of the same joke over and over. The Fullsauce editor likes to insert Steve Carrel in the thumbnails to rub the salt in Vinny's wounds.

This is important. Any old Vinny Clips you want to save, download them now. Vinny got a DMCA for a 2017 clip and plans on deleting all of them "probably tomorrow" from whenever this was streamed. Vinny Clips, live as of posting this. Most of these are probably in VODs, but it was nice having the best moments just saved on the channel.

https://clipr.xyz lets you download clips, just tested it myself. Used to be able to just right click clips for download, but Twitch fucked that up I guess.

Is...is that a shota? I thought chat was against pedophilia? but I guess its a case of "Self shipping myself a minor with an adult is NOT pedo uwu i'm mature for my age!"
 
This whole situation reminds me of another situation a few years back where a tumblerina aggressively shipped Vinny and Jacksepticeye. She had an entire blog dedicated to the ship. She'd post fanart, fanfics and edits in the vinesauce tag. Eventually, I think, she submitted fanart to the booru and Vinny viewed it on stream. He basically told her to cut the shit and that he was uncomfortable with what she was doing. Then she stopped.

This stuff was pretty insane, but still flew under the radar for some reason. I don't have archives or screenshots, but I do remember this quite well. Must've been around 2015?

I think that's why he unfortunately ends up attracting these kind of people from time to time. He's too nice to completely tell them off.

Honestly though? It could be a lot worse. I used to be a moderator for the Creatures (Youtuber group that had Uberhaxornova, Kootra, etc. - ended about 4 years ago) and the autism contained in that fanbase makes Vinesauce fans insanely tame by comparison. There were multiple instances of people showing up to their house and their place of work. One guy showed up on their doorstep (alive) in a fucking trashbag. Weird fics and art were considered the norm. Sex toys were sent to them on the regular. A fun group of guys, but good lord their fanbase was cancerous - and that extended to some of their mods, some of which absolutely had romantic interest in some of the members that went unreciprocated. Some of the other mods that weren't hunting for the D turned into Antifa fags who were literally calling for a new American revolution on twitter this year.

Again, it could be a lot worse.

that was the group that had like, multiple dragon dildos in the bg of their vids right? like one was rainbow i remember... And something about using a hilariously ginormous dildo as a battering ram on a door...
They seemed to at least embrace that a little.

No shit? To powerlevel a bit, I used to love the Creatures before they split up. Were you also part of the Minecraft server they used to own, or just like some other subreddit/forum?

They did, although I remember Kootra was really put-off by it for a while. That craziness eventually transitioned into like 80% of Cow Chop's content.

I Twitch moderated for James, Sp00n, and the main group twitch channel. Sp00n's stream was extremely chill and I really enjoyed moderating for him until life eventually made it difficult to do so consistently. James's chat early on wasn't half-bad to moderate either, but it exploded once he made the transition from Youtuber to Twitch Streamer.

The main stream was hell. Think Sunday Stream but going by twice as fast and even more mindless, with sometimes as many as 20K people there at a time. Any attempt to moderate and clean things up earned you the title of nazi (this was even before 2016 mind you) and the chat would whine when slow mode or sub mode would come on, even when it was at the request of the streamer. It wasn't great. Although I will say the team was generally appreciative of our attempts to do our job. Joe (James' friend, not Artist Joe) even sent us a swag bag full of merch for our work which I still have. That group was full of mostly good lads - shame they had to split the way they did.
