I don't know about passing the bar there but he definitely doesn't have a license in Florida if "David Freiheit" is his real name. Just in case he uses his middle name or something, the only "Freiheit" with a license in Florida is one Kirsten Inez Freiheit.

He does not. He stopped practicing once he took off on youtube with his vlawgs. He did try to run for office, and failed. His wife is the breadwinner, and the entire reason they are in Florida at the moment (unless that's changed).
