Two voice actors for Zenless Zone Zero have been replaced:

There is still an amount of he-said-she-said going on with regards to the details.
Oh, I can paint a picture of what's going on, be prepared. It's going to be quite a bit.
So it all began with the reveal that Lyacon, and Soldier 11's VAs were replaced during the patch notes. Once those hit, Lyacon's old VA was ""seemingly"" blind sided by this change, throwing Studio Cadence, the recording studio for ZZZ under the bus. But Soldier 11's previous VA; Emeri Chase posted a thread revealing her reasoning being her sticking to her guns that Hoyoverse needs to sign SAG-AFRA's interim agreement to protect herself against AI replication, knowing she would be replaced, but still firm that it was for what was right for the industry.* Which led to the dumbass revealing that he in fact was protesting in solidarity, and wanted to be of help, leading Amber Lee Connors, the one in charge of Studio Cadence getting a lot of heat until they posted a statement pretty much confirming that he was in fact full of shit, and both of them were contacted to come back, and many more VAs coming to support the studio.
*Long story short, SAG-AFRA's Interim agreement does add enforceable anti AI rules against studios. But the part that they are NOT saying is the fact that Studios MUST kick out all non-union VAs since it becomes a union production. In order to get the non-union VAs back, they must request SAG a Taft-Harley up to 3 times per talent. But once those 3 times are up, the VA HAS to join SAG-AFRA. Either as a FI-Core, who is a member that sacrifice benefits to work on the project, but they are looked down upon by the union's leadership, or be approved as a full member which the entrance fee is up to $3000,
But in fact, doing this opened the gates for people to look into SAG-AFRA's Interim Agreement, and what they saw very much became the turning point for a lot of people who once supported the video game strike, seeing this as nothing shorter than a power move to get more control over the industry, and relying on mafia tactics to get what they wanted so the VAs that were pro-SAG began doing damage control, trying their best to paint the deal as not that bad. In spite of the fact that they have tried to strong-arm other studios before with this.

So yeah, they are making it easy to side with the corporation if said corporation has gone hell and back to not lose 50% of their cast, and not to hamper their production to satisfy naive idiots who have no idea how fucking cutthroat SAG can be, or how little they care about the VA side of entertainment outside grabbing Hoyo, Supergiant, etc. to be playing under their terms.
