Vtubing, if done right, can make some serious, serious money. But it's definetly not something that can be forced or even manufactured. It just... happens.

You don't have to like all of them, but at the end of the day, they're just streamers. Some do the lewd baiting and shit, but just move on to the next one.
I've yet to find one female streamer that wasn't cancer, but put an anime avatar in front of them and they have to at least know how to put on a show. You have to work for it if everyone could look like you with a few hundred bucks to artists and riggers.
