Some meth users heavily binge eat while not on the drug and if you are eating mostly fast food the caloric intake is massive. Heavy users can go days without sleeping which can knock back your metabolism to almost zero. If you combine those two factors and have a slower metabolism to begin with...

Sounds like he never grew past being a teenager. Intense immaturity while being under the influence is the perfect storm. Glad he pussied out though. He probably stopped developing at a young age because of his home life, being in and out of jail, and drug addiction. Most people stop maturing around the time they get into drugs.
