Acid shells on the Sobek is so goddamn fun. I need to do some farming and get melee influence upgraded, that is if the latest updates don't nerf it.
 
Oh man they gave a free frame woooah. Also i like the new frame Koumei, too bad im still a newbie. That said., that frame is in my wishlist to get eventually. Also the current bane of my existence is the farming of neurodes.

New frame can be farmed on Cetus, its part of their new player changes. They even made Koumei take less time to craft than normal.

Neurodes drop pretty regularly on Saturn, iirc, I did the Infested Survival and beat up the boss of it fairly often when I was farming them.

Finally turned off crossplay. Had two fucking console players in a Netracell refuse to kill in the designated area and completely ignored us when we asked them to stay inside and let enemies in the killzone. Turned what should have been a quick 15-minute mission into an hour-long slog. Might work on Mag and Mirage and see if I can make a console-melter setup when I turn crossplay back on.

I don't even bother with netracells anymore, just EDA. They take too long with no challenge for the inevitable arcane adapter.
 
Just had some lazy fucking faggot who spent the entire shrine defence mission killfarming while I ran all the offerings to actually progress the mission. But since the average pugger is a fucking nigger who can only view things in terms of KPM, he calls me a leecher before adding me to ignore.

For optimal shrine defense experience pick high range ~180 duration Khora. Enemies attached to the dome don't disturb offering charge progress so you only really have to focus on enemies with overguard. 2 shrines 2 domes you can use operator to deposit both offerings at once like in excavation. I run torid incarnon for aoe and vastilok with shattering impact to strip the boss. Pubs steel path take about 4 minutes. Make sure to use one of the new loot doubling mods for beasts since the pearls can be doubled.

I just run max range Mirage with her 2 augment to basically spawn camp the enemies. I can easily get 2 minute runs.
In terms of which version to run, you can easily get 2-3 runs of normal in the time it takes to get a single Steel Path run.
Also, the pearls no longer get doubled in the hotfix.
By the way, if you're host, you can shave off a bit of downtime post-boss/pre-extraction by flickering the Nightwave screen.

One of the few times I wish DE turned off Acolyte spawns. Them spawning in mid-oni fight (or worse, after the oni's krumped) can end up dragging the mission out further.
 
I was doing Spy and a random enters. Proceeds to do B, fails and then leaves. Now i know i can just make it Solo and be the end of it but i like to try and help people with the missions.


Also what are riven crystals for?

If you're doing Steel Path for Pearls, you're honestly just wasting your time. Infested Oni seems to have Damage Attenuation (effectively a scaling DR) a la The Fragmented. This means that, no matter how much damage you pump into him, it's going to end up with the boss having a timer for a health bar. Again, I heavily suggest running the normal mode since the Infested Oni gets phased pretty much instantly with an Explosive Legerdemain Mirage build. At that point, the only time difference comes from how lazy/retarded your teammates are that they can't carry a bucket of sand 50ft.

Riven Slivers? Trade them in with the tard wrangler chick (Palladino) in Iron Wake for weekly Unveiled Rivens and Kuva.

I tap on the mission and if it doesn't find any existing mission to join i cancel and go solo.

Wait until you get to the spy missions where you need to complete all three or you fail. Also keep doing quests and you'll unlock the riven crystal merchant.

I want whatever you're smoking. Its a crit weapon with forced status procs on serration mod. I'm super excited for it.
