Why should I have to read your own words back to you?
No YOU do not, which I exposed. Now you deflect because you got caught. You are a worthless bloviating retard.
Keep melting down. No one cares. "Do whatever you want, play pretend" is now "do whatever you want as long as you keep to the rules ecactly and get authority to intervene". Just a few posts ago you said you never had these problems because you were a big tough guy who didnt take no shit and now you admit you just run to authority. You really are the retard you accuse everyone else of being.
LOL, since when the fuck did I say not to follow the rules?
And he shouldn't because it would be fucking stupid attaching a cavalry model with cavalry rules to a battle line unit. Yes he sucks, play Leontus instead(equally dumb for being a cavalry model attached to a battleline unit) use the drier model, put it on the right base, problem solved.
That is exactly what I said, and I said that it needed to be on the right base because the fucking rules state what base the models need to be on. And yes, at a fucking tournament the entire point of the judges being there is to make sure the rules are being followed. If they aren't being followed for a pick up game, you can still call the person out or just pack up your shit and leave instead of wasting your time playing against a cheater. There's no contradiction. You're making it sound like I suggested proxying Leontus with a fucking ogryn or something(which you could do with an appropriately sized kitbash on the correct base).
And no, I didn't ever say that I didn't have these problems. I said I don't complain about them because I don't let the problems persist. If your idea of never having problems is not putting up with cheaters and either saying something about it or ending the game and moving the fuck on, I don't know what else to tell you. You didn't seem to know what the fuck a list was, so no wonder you don't understand the concept of looking at a list. Even for a basic RTT I don't need my opponent to show me their list because it should already be in BCP, and if not... then I'm calling a judge. It's really simple. But if you actually played events... you'd know this.
You really are the retard you accuse everyone else of being. So keep melting down, I'm done.
Stop lumping yourself in with everyone else. The retardation is entirely you. 300 words in a forum post is a "meltdown"? Be done, good riddance. You can stop cluttering the thread with shit you know nothing about so people can actually have conversations about the videogames, terrain, etc. that you keep fucking interrupting with your nonsense.
Fuck, hopefully that's over.
Yeah I saw the Trench Crusade video and wanted to come here to see if anyone could corroborate what was said about resin traps and delayed kickstarter claims made in that video. Like I mentioned above I have been out of wargaming for a bit and have been catching myself up. They apparently made plastics which seems like a good thing, no? I certainly didn't back because I think 3D prints aren't worth the pocket change they are printed from for a variety of reasons. I know Trench Crusade obviously had a lot of other "whoopsies" they did even back a year ago and was wondering if they ever improved the rules beyond "mordheim but boring"?
Resin trap confirmation from TC people themselves
At one point the community had a spreadsheet available regarding which models had resin traps and other issues with the STLs themselves, but I can't find it.
Regarding shipping delays, again from TC themselves
So instead of shipping to all-in customers in batches, people who ordered the heretic legion warband and terrain get their product last. People who ordered Heretic legion and Black Grail get their product shipped out toward the end of the run. People who paid for the $666 pack, or the $888 pack who you would assume would be the most loyal customers, don't get anything until long after most everyone else has had their product shipped to them. Obviously shipping every release once available would be a little ridiculous but this is something that could have been done in waves to ensure the people who spent the most money were getting something. Like shipping 1-3, 4-6, then 7-9. Or even 1-5 and then 6-9 would be an improvement.
From August(the Beast and Heresiarch pledges being the biggest pledges
Then the books showing up beat to shit in December because the company fulfilling orders lied about the packaging being used for customers and cheaped out on it
Kickstarter projects can have issues. But these issues are due to shitty business decisions, contracting with companies that are known for a history of being shit, or outsourcing all of the logistics for a product and being surprised when the company fucks it up. It was all avoidable. Even in that last December update, they still haven't finished shipping rewards to people, that were expected in July of last year. Switching to plastics is indeed a good thing because it means proper retail support for the game but they did it before actually making sure the existing backers got their product first and while simultaneously backpedaling on their support for STLs going forward which upset the 3d printing crowd in addition to their AI law firm issuing takedowns to vendors for making third party minis, which they were in support of initially. There's a lot more of this stuff in the tabletop community watch thread, but all of the shitty problems can be confirmed with updates from the TC team themselves.
edit: Found the spreadsheet, they appear to have abandoned updating it early last year with everything supposedly being fixed and uploaded to MMF
