I generally enjoyed it but I get why people wouldn't. The GW-blowers on /tg/ aren't seeing the bigger picture. TTS is just one work. The fact of the matter is GW is dogpiling on all fan vids and kneecapping the franchise. It's not something to celebrate.

As someone who’s been playing both GW games and BT since the 80’s, I can confirm you’ve made the right decision. BT will work out muuuuuuch cheaper in the long run.
As horrible as this is, the writing was on the wall when the Abridged Series channels started getting purged.
The big difference between GW and BT is that BT is handing out "yeah do whatever man" passes for fan projects and isint getting fan-content creators into a contract just to make them go away.

Funny enough some of the team four stars members started working with alfa so that might explain things. Although I would argue the downslide of TTS isn't as steep as some abridge series since abridge series always go to shit when the creators think they can make a better story instead of just parodying one and actively try rewrite and or deconstruct the series they abridge. TTS started to get like when they stated adding named characters but managed to avoid some of it due to not following a existing story. Can you imagine how shit it would be if they did a full on Horsey Heresy abridge series and attempted to "fix" the books
