Finally got a break in the weather so I could prime these guys (or at least everything but the carapaces, which I have a bit of modification planned for):

I already replaced their heads with some from the War Dog kit to make their underthings a bit more Chaos-y and have a full kit of Daemonettes that I'll be using as kitbash fodder to dress them and the rest of my CKnight army up.

It was still a bit humid, so the primer finish isn't quite as nice as I'd like, but I'll deal.

Quite a hefty load!

This article revealed a bit more from the Chaos Space Marine Codex:
Dakka Dakka has covered a bit of the leaks (since Bolter and Chainsword is under maintenance) and a user pointed some thing out about the Let the Galaxy Burn ability:

Also among the leaks are a few of the datasheets.
Some curious notes:
The Demon Prince datasheet uses the image of the current model of the DP instead of the new one coming out soon:

I guess the departments aren't talking to each other? lol
Also, it should be noted that the Warp Bolter is missing as an option for the DP even though the new model has one on the sprue!
I expect this to be FAQ'd.
Another curious note is the lack of datasheets for the Blooded traitor guardsmen.
Some people are suggesting they'll get the same treatment as the Sisters of Battle Novitiates Kill Team.
I haven't seen any leaks of the Chaos Lord datasheet to confirm the removal of the Jump Pack option.
But, the Chosen datasheet was leaked and the options are ass (just as ClockworkChris leaked earlier).
Honestly, I think a 2.0 should be in the works because this is a mess!

This is the kind of quality control i’ve come to expect from GW. Mistakes are becoming far too common place since they outsourced the printing of their books.

Are we sure that isn't the old prince profile? They went out of their way to work Undivided options and the Kai Gun back into the new model, and I don't see either of those there.
 
It might be a reused old image, but the Adeptus Podcasts podcast will have its special anniversary episode with Alexis, who, to remind anyone, doxxed a person for subs.

I wonder if they'll have a lot of cameos again, or GW clamping down on tubers and internet drama had reduced it to Snipe and Wib for the billionth time.

I didn’t even know about that happening until he made his video. Any guesses on who the youtuber was that he mentioned saying legal action was happening against miniac in their discord?
I don’t imagine it was a large channel and I tried to google it but came up with nothing. Gotta say dick move pulling his models from the event though but it shows why you should never work with GW.

I just said it was the current model (the new model won't be released until later this year).

Female Space Marines are now forever, explicitly, not-cannon. It would take a very SPECIFIC retcon to undo this at any time in the future. Sigmarxism and Feminist 40k are losing their shit over it, because they've been trying to wedge Female Space Marines into the lore for oh, about a decade now, ever since they started performing Entryism into the hobby. The hook being that GW never EXPLICITLY said that Female Space Marines weren't allowed, not EXPLICITLY, in MODERN LORE... And now GW has. Explicitly.

Space Marines are male. They can only be male. Most men cannot survive the process, and absolutely no women can.

On the other I kinda I hope this doesn't deter them from trying to push this lost cause so they don't try to push other retarded shit like female custodies (yes I'm assuming 99% are lorlets who don't know who the Sisters of Silence are), non binary necrons, or how the eldar should be more progressive.
