Who are y'alls favorite 40k Youtubers?

Mine is probably Majorkill, he's a jackass, but a highly entertaining jackass.

If I want a more informative lore guy to listen to, I watch Arch's stuff and occasionally Valrak.
I like Majorkill for really short lore videos, but the dudebro coomer character gets old pretty fast.

The channels I watch aren’t wholly 40K but do a mix of things like Miscast, Eric’s Hobby Workshop, Black Magic Craft and Bill Makes Stuff.

Dude watch 300 or watchmen
Zachs cock gets dripy for slow motion
I think it didn't annoy me in 300 because the idea of a fully CGI movie was novel at the time and slowing down to see the effects was cool.
Watchmen I don't have a reason it just doesn't bother me.

I think something like Rebel Moon is past the shock and awe phase of grand scale digital effects and didn't need to show it off so much.

I was describing Rebel Moon to a friend the other day and I described it as a perfect movie to put on while doing chores/hobbies and just tune in when you get to the good parts. Lots of wonderful movies like that and this is added to my list of them.

Imagine Zack Snyder making a Warhammer 40K movie. Imagine the screen going slo-mo every time the Emperor swings his flaming sword.
He sorta have to do it to convey how an astartes or custodian moves
There's a really good bit in cypher where a custodian tears through 3 dark angels and is about to kill a fourth and cyphers heart has only beaten once
Also
Slow motion bolter detonation, my cock would drip at that even

Yeah tbh it is, I like it more that its proof of concept for a warhammer movie

I stopped watching Majorkill because the dudebro coomer stuff got old fast. Otherwise, I watch Adeptus Ridiculous, Baldemort, Wolf Lord Rho and Auspex Tactics. Remembrancer has some good videos too.

My point exactly. Slo-mo is something that 40K movies could do well.

We already had a Warhammer 40K movie before. Remember the Ultramarines movie?

Although, if it were me, I'd say the proof of concept for a 40K movie should be those trailers for SWTOR and Starcraft 2. Get the Blurr Studios guys to do a full movie about a Space Marine squad or a day in a Primarch's life.

I like PancreasNoWork. He's got a good sense of humor and talks about WH Fantasy stuff too.

Imagine a Michael Bay 40K movie
Might be fun watching Calgar punching the shit out of the xenos with the Gauntlets of Ultramar in slo-mo. Or that one Space Wolf throwing that teleporting hammer at shit.

Only bad part would probably be the writing, but that's already an pretty low standard, for cinema

Hell, just have one Custodes going full Lu Bu on a whole horde of Chaos Marines. Then have each slice be slo-mo as his weapon cuts through their armor and chops them up like salami.

Writing isn't really the strong suit for action movies. It's obviously action. When people go to see a 40K movie, they don't give a flying fuck about writing, they want to see something blow up. So long as someone's getting his ass kicked, people will be satisfied. I mean, the MCU is rather low on the writing scale even for capeshit movies, and look at how much money that shit raked in. The only thing that rivaled the MCU in hype was Baby Yoda.

The thing that really keeps me from watching Arch is the way he slides into dismissive laughter when stating an opinion. It's a 0-Charisma move that gets under my skin, even though I agree with him on most things and value his input as a fellow Skaven supremacist.

I like the general vibe of Poorhammer, though I don't really know much about them. The fact that only one of the hosts is the kind of nerd that cares about lore makes it funnier.

The hypocrisy did it or me.
Remember the same guy who made a sketch in one of his video about beating up and rapping a retarded kid is the same person who supported getting Arch cancelled for making jokes about gypsies being thieves.

Zack Snyder one in the same style as his DC films and 300.
So long has Zack Snyder has absolutely no input in the script it should be fine.
Not everyone likes his visual style but it could work for a 40k story.

Arch isn't necessarily my cup of tea, but he deserves his right to say his piece.

I'm pretty sure the Black Library people would write the story, and Zack would just shoot the movie and add his style to the visuals.

Must've said that after I stopped watching him. Also, where's the lie in Arch saying that?

I’ve got like 20tb of stl files including 1:1 scans of GW stuff but I also still buy models.

The duality of man.

The only 2 youtubers I like are Baldemort and Amber king. Sometimes Arch, but not necessary his 40k stuff.

Most youtubers either just "voicover lexicanum/w40wiki" like Luetin, which is fine, but I can read, or put their own retard spin on it like Majorkill, or just drool at GW like others etc.

Baldemort is an old guy just drooling over stuff like a kid at Christmas, basically same grognard as Arch but less bitching more "melty melty goes boom so cool" and he says he just does what he likes.

Amber king does 3 hour long character deepdives mostly on primarchs.

Blacklibrary is a Pajeet who does ask weird theories and generally acts like Alex Jones for the hobby. Whacky but with an odd perspective unlike lets say Major's tired contrarian dudebro antics And complain that GW haven't updated eldar in ages.

Wolf Lord Rho I haven't seen much of so no complaints there, I just don't know.

Swtor Trailer was good, but please don't bring up the Ultramarines Movie. It is bad even for Abnett and its like the Ewok Movies and Christmas special rolled into one Dan Autistnett idiocracy.

He doesn't know space marines got nightvision in helmets....
