Yeah me too, I really don't see GW doing anything interesting with them which is a shame. This is the perfect opportunity to at least partly show off what the DAoT of truly capable of, but nope. Personally I want to see more Dwarfy tropes with them, and not just shit like DRG but like the Dawi, maybe some Dwarf Fortress "dug too deep" stuff which could help flesh out why they were gone so long (aside from Tyranids). Would be more interesting if the Ancestor Cores simply said that the information regarding the Squat's history was corrupted but in reality they're hiding it in order to prevent another "incident" (what that incident could be should be left unknown, only that it was devastating).

That's more likely the problem, no one stays on the same topic forever. Various content creators I enjoy I only watch every so often as to not get burned out. Can't imagine how much of a headache it is to try and enjoy content you used to love, like comics and movies, that now just hate you and want you to know it while also wanting you to consoom or else they'll label you an overused buzzword...
