If that rumor engine is the pale spear, I guess that means we’re moving onto bringing back the undivided/unaligned traitors? Makes sense I guess, and it’s getting close to when GW does the end-ish edition supplements. Biggest thing that makes me doubt it is I’d be a bit surprised they’d foreclose dealing with the “did dorn actually super-duper kill Alpharius for totes real 100% we swear” plot line.

And it would undercut Eskrador big time for their scouring novel series. Which would kind of suck since that’s supposed to be a big character development point for Bobby G from what we know of it.

Never said it can't get worse, because it can get a lot worse obviously. It's just that the more it worsens, the harder it takes for it to continue to get noticeably worse. When you have a giant pile of shit, sure you can add more shit on top of it but it's still just shit. It'll need tons and tons of fecal matter and to have it be thrown at people to make it worse than being a literal pile a shit. If that pile of shit is miles away and downwind from me, it's not my problem. Then again, apathy leads to things getting worse...

It could also be the re-do of the 30k primarch models. We already got another Horus and Fulgrim, they'll be doing the others at some point as well. Hell, the Khan still needs his bike. It's rare, but the other game systems do end up in the rumor engine posts at times.

It was an hour-ish long trivia game between the hosts, and I was fucking astonished by how little they knew about anything. Not one person guessed Inquisition. I could've gotten that one pretty easily before I ever heard of 40k. A secretive organization devoted to eliminating heresy? Is it the inquisition? But no, the hosts of a Warhammer 40K podcast found this question to be too in-depth for them. I'm honestly surprised they uploaded it, it made them look like retards that know nothing about anything, much less 40K lore. Told YouTube to get them out of my recommendations and never looked back.

Edit- I tracked down the exact question, which was easy since I stopped watching directly after it.

The first guess these drooling retards could muster was the Alpha Legion. They got to the Inquisition on the third guess.

The Raven Guard just called. They're wondering where one of their helmets went after they foolishly gave some Blood Ravens a tour as a sign of respect. And speaking of, here's a buddy's work in Space Marine 2 to try and get a proper representation of a Blood Raven veteran into the game:

And that helmet was a gift, which is why its painted black to honor its original Chapter's colors.

World Eaters are a special sort of stupid that even in 40k shouldn't be a functional fighting force due to being unable to get anywhere. Even heading to Terra during the heresy they were busy killing eachother and every serf that couldn't find a place to hide. Even the orks can get their shit together more reliably to get somewhere to go wage a war when they have a competent enough leader.

That and officially there's no way to paint codex compliant leadership colors for the Ravens. Technically Sergeants are supposed to be red which uh, they already are. Black instead of red for sergeants, white for vets is what some autistic on 1d4chan suggested after using a magnifying glass on some WD issues. I guess in the DoW games they just cheat and anyone not a grunt loses their helmets.

I know it’s a mix of the butcher’s nails and Khorne influence but reading the siege all I could think was “How the fuck do they even have a deployable force when they’re killing each other and trying to hack out of the ship they’re on while Angron is tearing shit up”.

I love that they had to gang up on and imprison Angron, all offscreen and the Conqueror afterwards is a DOOM map, with psychotic jocks playing hide and seek with their poor slaves.

Like everything is so comically horrible.

Again, they had to hire the Night Lords to babysit their barely-sentient primarch and keep him in the baby maze while they made Terra nice and safe for demonic manifestation.

Love that they shot him into space and the monster actually roars (that everyone can hear cause warp) then becomes a rage-fuelled torpedo, so fucking over the top and metal. That’s that Chaos should be.

The Daemon Primarchs and their sheer insanity were a highlight of the SoT. Morty is in pain, delirious and very upset. Magnus is in his natural state of getting buck-broken except this time by the buck, Fulgrim doesn’t need any thanks for his efforts but he would appreciate it and Angron is doing what Horus should be doing, at one point leading three legions (and some strays) onto those walls.
