The game where this soundtrack is from has you playing the Mechanicus, the Machine Priests of Mars.
They mostly talk to each other in holy binaric, use oils and sacred rites on machinery to make it work properly, as the Machine-God intended.

Innovation is heresy, and heretic techpriests are called HERETEKS, not even kidding.

Following this background, the soundtrack is a very well done mashup of genres, Organ music and Chorals with Techno.
 
I feel like the Female Custodes thing has the cut the Gordian Knot by saying “They go through the same modifications as the Custodes, but are effectively the go betweens for the Sisters of Silence because religious order stuff”.

The entire thing is culture war for one side and they get angry at you for noticing.

It just feels like a mix of cowardice because like any manchild hobby, you have a bunch of autistic trannies who want the hobby dedicated to them, and then the corporate desire to never take risks and maintain the status quo.

You’d basically homogenize the setting like everything else to get more money from the politically active fags and trannies in the short run. You basically slash-and-burn everything because big fat gay tranny dick sucking whales like @SiggerNlayer start being passive aggression when you ask questions.

Btw the Tau suck and I hate the retcons about them that go back and forth. You had shit that existed since Firewarrior get retconned back and forth and Redditors getting pissy that they were confirmed to be speedrunning the Imperium/ Eldar Empire.

Been splitting time between a dark angels dreadnought and a squad of night lord's for my warband. Glad to finally be done with the dreadnought.

I started Warhammer around this time last year and am about halfway done through painting 2k points worth of Kroot.

I have a few small sort of armies.

My biggest "collection" is a hodge podge of proxy guard. The main bulk being penal legion themed. Though my proxy pretorians are the only to see tabletop action, but that was as bolt action proxies.

Knights combat patrol.
Space marine kill team.
I have some Tau in storage somewhere.

Yes, but-

The thing to remember is that GW is a publically traded company, with all the short sighted bullshit that comes with that. It's also worth remembering that, in the past, GW never listened to the fanbase. Final thing to make a note of is that GW isn't as bad as retards arguing on the internet like to pretend. eg. Yes, the models are expensive, but they were always expensive. eg2. GW has fucked up 40k repeatedly.

With that in mind, here's a realistic scenario of "isn't utterly fucked".

1: Ditch the culture war shit. (Likely)
GW stays the course on culture war shit until Starmer is out, then joins anti-culture war wave and quietly retcons or ignores wokeshit already present. Social justice shit is over as far as mega corps go, as we saw with US companies dropping DEI as soon as Trump 2024 was confirmed.

2: Make 11th edition decent + stop pandering to tourniment fags. (Maybe)
Like it or not, AoS has been well received, especially spearhead. While the consensus is that GW has shit the bed with Horus Heresy 3. Legion Imperialis as a product is a mess, it's never a good sign when you need a guide to get started, and box kits don't make table legal options.

It's a given that Combat Patrol will be Spearhead-ised. GW might continue to pivot away from the tournament crowd.

3: Don't shit the bed. (Very likely)
This is the easiest one to guess. GW would have to major fuck up to kill 40k. Writing too much lore would do that, but I don't think that's going to happen for a while.

Mechanicus is an okay xcom style game that has a killer soundtrack. Its based around the Adeptus Mechanicus. Theyre a techno cult that worships the Machine God and technology in general. Frankly knowing how shit your servers are going in there with latin chants and an incense burner might help.

Legions Imperialis as a product line is a whole fucking pile of stupid and weirdly expensive due to how everything is packaged. None of the bundle boxes really produce a legal playable army. Considering how many models they could fit into a box you'd think this would be easy. On top of that, the list building requirements can end up making you take shit you don't want while still being restrictive about the number of things you might want to take. Then after all of that, if you want say.. a bunch of infantry bases of terminators, or a bunch of land speeders for space marines, well get fucked because you need to buy the $60 infantry or fast attack box that comes with 20 bases of figures you don't want, to get the 2 bases of terminators or speeders you did want. Meanwhile in the bundle box, you get stuck with 10 rhinos you don't need. So if you're buying GW plastic what seemed like it could have been $200 for a big army, can easily still end up costing hundreds to get the shit you do want with mountains of shit leftover that you weren't interested in.
 
Im a lil late but the only good news I can give is whenever they go full woke on something they typically go full out chud wishlist appeal after.

Also that nellop video is so odd, why would he attack arch? Arch has more service studs in the chud war than he does

EDIT: I looked into it he just really hates arch even though their opinions align against nu 40k so strange
