This is someone's butch aunt.
See, GW and their hekkin valid stable of cucks would never let the thing happen that would be in-character for the MM and that’s more names in the book of grudges.

Or even funnier is just that respective Order having their monastery “attacked by Chaos” down the line.

Lot of people can’t grasp the MM are funny as hell, it’s like Lucius, some retards take it too seriously.
Even just a minor engagement would be enough. I'm certainly not a fan of using the Sisters as a whipping post, but if anyone is gonna actually FAFO with the MM it'd be them. And it'd be really funny.

I like his videos, but his pronunciation of some words makes me what to rip my ears off. Which is funny because in his big video he criticized Majorkill for the same thing.
His patreon videos also introduced me to ArbitorIan, what an insufferable faggot.

AoS isn't quite old enough for the kind of large-scale squatting/purging that hits 40k on a routine basis, but they did purge some of their model lineups at the beginning of 4th edition. Most of the Stormcast models from the first two editions were taken off sale and are now in Legends, and they also got rid of some old Skaven models, an entire Orruk subfaction, some other random models from across the range, and a bunch of Underworlds and Warcry warbands, plus they shunted Beasts of Chaos over to Old World. It'll probably be a few years and editions more before we start seeing that kind of thing happen to other factions in the range.
DoK have old as fuck horse girls and i think the witch aelves too. The latter are nice models for sure.

Theres a start collecting and cronehost box at my local store staring at me so the sirens be calling.

Beasts of Chaos moving to OW tells me that DoL might be safe until Dark Elves hit OW, maybe.

Given current trends it's highly likely witches elves and cauldrons will get updated eventually but I doubt the old models will be hard to proxy for new ones. More likely to be faithful updates. Though I wouldn't be surprised if the new witches went to 28 or 32mm bases so maybe go in knowing you might have to rebase them later(read: don't use plastic glue). The Doomfire Warlocks I'd avoid though, they were always a random inclusion. The rest of the range is new and should be safe.

AoS (I can post in the other thread if you prefer.)

Got my first training games in. Working through the book that comes with the starter set. We got some rules wrong, but I had fun. However, already there is salt.

Game 4 I think it was. The objective and ranged attack tutorial. Was the first part where they let you do something that isn't just following the book.

Stormcast has 1 hero, 3 fliers, 5 hammer bros.
Skaven have a sniper, 3 ogres (one with mini gun) and 10 clan rats.
I'm playing Skaven.

How it's supposed to go is clan rats get tangled in the middle with the hammer bros, the ogres shoot and then get charged by the hero, this allows the fliers to flank and get VP.

How it went, even with me doing the moves in the book. Rat ogres move forward, then pretty much god roll the mini gun pumping 12 shots into the hero, turning him to paste. I then charge the ogres to the middle. Massacre the hammer bros. It should have almost wiped them, but after 10 or more minutes of a very upset player searching the rule book for any kind of way to save or undo this, he removed 2 models instead of the 3-4 it should have been. I didn't argue as this was a tutorial game.

I got a perfect score as he played the killing game, but he argued he should have won since he tabled me in the final turn. I agreed to call it a draw as again, he was very upset about me killing so much of his army turn 1. We laughed about it afterwards, but I hope this kind of salt isn't a pattern going forward.

It was also baffling to me how he couldn't get out 40k brain. Shooting into melee, heroes using ranged powers in melee, casting spells in melee (same thing), and sticky objectives all took him way longer than I'd expect to get his head around.

Well that just sounds ridiculous. Yes, the objective is to do objectives. If you want to play "table the opponent" then you still need to do objectives and hope you can kill them fast enough that they can't complete enough to out-score you by the end of the game even if you're free to score for an entire round with no opposition.

The other thing in the tutorial game also sounds ridiculous. For one, it's a tutorial. Second, it's still a dice based game. You mention this guy couldn't get out of "40k brain" with the rules being different, but they don't understand that dice can simply be swingy? People have a habit of remembering the piles of bad rolls and forgetting the piles of good rolls, but that's ridiculous.

While I do get having a bit of common sense, I for one believe that many 40k symbols make for great merch and, even, tattoos.

In many cases, I find that the overall appearance and deportment of the individual wearing even ambivalent symbol does a lot to alleviate the concerns that people around them may have.

Setting is important, a lot of WH imagery / slogans can be interpreted as hate-speech (to someone that knows absolutely nothing about WH)

If only more normies knew Black Templars didn't get their chapter name from their armour, but their fuzzy hair and wide noses.:)
Here's an assortment of slop
Great job on the beasts of nurgle.
Owlcat's games have way too much combat to me where it gets really repetitive,
Especially when escaping that city.
we cannot romance Argenta cause GW hates us.
Corrupting a nun would've been a fun addition to the renegade path.
There are loads of people that sincerely care about the setting, and put money in it, that don't play the wargame.
I haven't played tabletop in years.

Funny thing, sticky objectives comes from 40k 7th edition demon formation. It's a pretty neat change for melee focused game.

Suddenly reddit believes in stereotypes huh

Looking into it a bit, apparently /r/blacktemplars are constantly angry of being apparently black listed on the main sub like lol, I thought /r/warhammer40k would be the usual normie shit hole but I do not recall them outright screaming chud as fast as they do now. The 40k fandom is just utterly fucked now your either a axe wound tranny or super chud in your own circlejerk at this rate

I too feel the urge to brand myself with the mark of the Ruinous Powers and so next time I’m shirtless in a public space, they can see that I am in-fact a retard who stained my flesh with corporate property.

If they had any balls, they’d just own it and revel in being detested by child-raping redditors.

“Oh my choice of plastic army men makes you seethe?”

It feels great, like one guy’s wife in my local group refusing to play me cause of the slaves on the bases of my EC. That was better that any game.
