Maybe sell them in packs based on each faction. Certainly would help in putting models together.
Like you have an HQ and you assign that relic to them, wouldn't it be nice to actually having that relic on their person?

Tbh it could have been worse. But this kinda puts a nail on the head for a lot my dislike for the primaris aesthetic. They just need helmet variation and to not look so clean. Like the bladeguard and Lieutenant are a lot more reminiscent of what a space marine is (in my head at least). Maybe they should just do what they did with mephiston(just make him bigger and give him an epic model) for special characters like shrike. I am. however, horrified with what they are gonna do to Dante. I hope Dante just ignores what that faggot gully says and keeps his kino design(and they just make him bigger.)

theres no way in hell they prime dante, hes far too old the procedure has a higher chance to kill him more than anyone, not to mention the mounting pressure he puts on himself to lead and be a beacon of hope, along with the visions of him being the last warrior to defend the emperor, it would be the straw that would break him. not to mention that his archaic look makes one of the more distinct chapter masters out there.

On a slightly more serious note, he currently he has the plot armor of doing Jesus' work. Ask me a few years ago and I would have said fighting the swarmlord would have been the straw to break him.

He is however the best looking chapter master, and on that reason alone, I would rather this model be left alone.

On another side note, man the swarmlord needs a meaningful kill, it's kinda starting to get funny at this point. It's like he is the akuma of 40k.

dunno man, how ever many trillions of guardsmen, thousands of Sob, hundreds of astartes and grey knights, thousand of worlds and potentially the rest of the cosmos is a pretty good K/D ratio. im more scared for crons, just from that abominable trailer they were getting slaughtered.

Nigga, you know Szarekh is gonna fuck. Don't play games with me. As for the swarmlord, he is like one of 3 named tyranids, and he hasn't killed anyone of note in like... A decade? I mean, what named character worth his salt couldn't kill a trillion guardsmen while functionally being a perpetual in all but name.

Point of reference both the bandai and McFarlane space Marines are 7in tall. They were smart enough to keep them in scale with each other.

Makes me wonder if they will be properly scaled to other figures in the line like the necron and other possible future figures since a Primaris marine should be huge compared to most things.

Action figure "scales" are retarded. So unless GW pressed the issue, then the answer is no.

Why the hell did they approve that base?

“Hey guys you know what would look cool? Having Shrike on an inch high wall”

They could have given him a take off pose on the ground or literally anything else.
 
I meant to ask this before at my FLGS but for tournament play (which I don't care about) Do they let you modify the idiotic base stands so your model is at ground-level like the rest of your guys, or do you they force you to play with a fucking trophy?

GW sanctioned events will probably force the whole model but anywhere else you’d be fine i’d Imagine.
 
Old, second-hand info, but I believe the requirement is something like 70% GW model to allow room for customization.
