I understand your reasoning but it could be an interesting insight into the daily life and toil of Imperial citizens. It has a real potential to show the intricacies of IoM politics, in the shitty underhive or at the top of the spire.

If its an Immersive Sim 40k game shit will sell and the screenshots look good. I trust those crazy frenchmen tbh Space Hulk sucked since I think Space Hulk is a shitty idea for modern 40k. Its from an age when space hulks were considered these major threats so they send Terminators in there but now I am kinda tired of the whole concept.

Functionally "lieutenants" are pretty useful to have any army. People only have a problem with them because we got 30 of primaria ones. The Skitarii Alpha will probably be a nice hq to buff a shooting unit up or something. Nothing too crazy.
