I'm using the size 1 because it holds more paint. The fat robust tip lets you angle the brush in a way that makes highlighting much more simple than when I fenagled with my regular sable brush.

I read in a YT comment that Bone the molester-looking guy in the Tabletop Tactics channel is a child rapist. Anyone got info on that? Lazy cursory glance on search engines gave me nothing.

When I check quickly in /40kg/ I keep seeing that dude posted with the accusation not sure it’s true. Although, I used to think the whole Dana Howl tranny porno was fake until someone posted it.

How come it always boils down to trannies and degeneracy?

Unless they post links or the actual pictures/information then always take it with a huge grain of salt. Registers exist so it’s not like people couldn’t find him if it were true.

Also bought this bad boy so I can make some intercessor sgts. on the cheap. Definitely a good value box plus I get extra mini’s I need for my Necrons.

I have a lore question:
What happens to the old and ancient power armour suits now that pretty much everyone has the Primaris upgrades? The old armour won't fit the upgraded astartes, so do they just store it in their fortress monastery as relics? Are they able to re-craft the armour to fit an upgraded marine? What happens to it?

Also, how are scavenger exile chapters like the Carcharodons able to get their hands on Primaris gear? Is Primaris wargear covered under the grey tithes with the Mechanicus?

The answer to all the gear questions is "Cawl just pulled it out of his mechanoid ass".

As for Firstborn marine equipment I would imagine they keep them in their monasteries. They already keep the oldass pattern dreads reserved for but the worthiest of warriors.

Maloghurst has an awesome new model on the way.

Some chapters still use their marks 3, 4 , 5, and 6 armors, because when you get back to brass tax most of the suits are side grades or incremental upgrades. Mark 4 being basically par with mark 7. Primaris also would hypothetically have no problem wearing older marks. suits are not one size fits all. Space marines have been known to get massive at times during the heresy. The alpha legion specifically being known for having absolutely massive legionaries while favoring mark 4 and 6 armor. If there where parts of the armor that were to small, theyd replace it with terminator armor. The chapter master of the minotaurs, moloc, stands as tall as a custodian when wearing his tartaros armor. Tyberos, chapter master of the Sharks, is the side of dreadnaught.

The sharks are merely a fleet based chapter, and they get their equipment just like any other fleet based chapter, traveling to holy terra to get it themselves, or trading with the mechanicus, who also sometimes keep stocks of gene seeds. Primaris gear is not particularly rare or special.

Nah, the Carcharodons are exiles. They were part of the Raven Guard along with the Ashen Claws. Corax exiled both chapters to the outer rim of the galaxy just before the heresy started for some unknown reason. Sharks remained loyal to the Imperium, but are outsiders. Ashen Claws didn't turn traitor, but they don't give a shit about the Imperium anymore. The Carcharodons have deals set up with the Mechanicus for tech, and deals with the Ashen Claws to get weapons and gear. They replenish their ranks by raiding planets and have some sort of Imperial seal that gives them permission to do this when they arrive on a planet.

The carcharodons being ""exiles"" actually means nothing. It merely hints to their origins.

It means they don't have any direct support from the Imperium, and most of the Imperium doesn't even know they exist.

As for their origins, my theory is that they did something before the heresy that pissed off Corax, and he was just like, "Nah, both of your companies can fuck off to somewhere far away."

Most chapters dont get support from the imperium, and most people dont know about most chapter in the imperium. Most fleet based chapters have their swap meets with the mechanicus to stay armed. The more unique part is the red tithe.

Yes, them being Terran Ravenguard is the most accepted theory to their heritage.

Did they cancel the Eisenhorn series or is that still going on?

At first I thought you meant the books and was going to rant about the dogshit that is the Bequin novels, but then I realized you meant the TV series. It wasn't ever in production(just deals being made), and I'm assuming COVID put a delay on it.

Got the basic color scheme on:

1618537363396.jpg 1618537363403.jpg

Tamiya sea blue>medium blue>sky grey> a bit of flat white. Waiting on some more paints to do the rest, mostly some flat metals to do the engines/guns and some shades of green for the canopy glass. I'll probably do some body/wing weathering while waiting though.
