They had a page on "woke" for whatever reason and the discussion section was far more entertaining to read than the article itself. Including like a million edits/re-edits/deletions.

The other two I remember being amusing was their "Recommended Video Channels" which had it's own special subsection just to prevent Arch from being included in the recommended 40k channels because GRRRRR ARCH BAD SEETHE SEETHE COPE DILATE

And a shitty page on SJWs which had the stance of "SJWs don't exist it's just a buzzword created by /pol/ to demonize anyone to the left of Hitler trying to do good in the world."

I liked 1d4chan more for the “hobby” aspect. It was great for conversion tips, creation tables, obscure chapters and generally all the advice you need when making your own corner of the 41st Millennium.

Glad I made /my guys/ when the site still existed.

As Sargon mentioned, if they're bitching about 40k fans being nazis again, it means the Gatekeeping is working and they're pissed that we won't let them have our hobby.
 
In all my time playing 40k the amount of times it's been political amounts to a grand total of 0 because unsurprisingly me and the other players were rolling dice and pretend-shooting at each other. What's so hard about playing a goddamn game? Having a good time? Noooo, you have to be a super LGBTQABC123!*- ally while doing it or else. Absolute donkeys.

Well, that's the thing. According to the left, by not being political, you are being political. It's only if you're constantly working on leftist activism 24x7 in all aspects of your life that you can truly be apolitical. (Because lefty politics isn't political, it's "being a good person" according to them.)

The only thing stupider than goose-stepping around the store to celebrate a good roll is bitching about it on Twitter for SJW points.

I'm also just gonna point this out: 6 different gaming stores in his area and he's had problems at all of them? As the saying goes, if you ran into an asshole in the morning, you ran into an asshole. If you ran into assholes all day, you're the asshole.
 
If anything I do not think Gatekeeping is working since we frankly get something like /r/Sigmarxism who THEMSELVES push for gatekeeping as well. Warhammer twitter itself is a leftist hellhole of “hot takes”.
